A faithful man will abound with blessings, But he who hastens to be rich will not go unpunished. Proverbs 28:20

Abraham experienced the value of being obedient to the supreme calling. Even through afflictions, he did not back down. But who could have assured him that if he had stayed in Ur of the Chaldeans, he would not have been equally afflicted by the enemy? Now, those who despise the divine vocation for any other work, offend the Lord.

Faithfulness is a sign that the Almighty commands your life. If you have been tempted to betray your spouse, know that the devil wants to take hold of your life. Therefore, flee temptation! When I think of people who have fallen into this trap and today are completely mistaken and striding towards destruction, my will is to do more than necessary, in order that they may convert.

The faithful is driven by the Holy Spirit. But the unfaithful that hides his error, lets the devil rule his ways. Thus, besides being used to do other terrible things, he will pay a very high price for his deeds, because, at the end of this existence, he will be sent to the lake that will burn with fire and brimstone forever. From there, he will never leave!

The fascination of riches has dominated millions of Christians called to a special work. Then, because of this nonsense, they will embitter a mediocre and unhappy ending. How many could be stars in the Lord’s hands, but are evil instruments of the devil? Why collaborate with the devil and get lost?

If you hasten to get rich, you are wrong. When He warned us about this tendency common to man, because man was contaminated by the enemy because of the sin of Adam, our Father spoke of something very serious that can imprison us. Then, no matter how hard we fight with all our strength, we will not be able to let go of the bonds with which the king of misery and suffering has bound us.

Why go against God’s will, if it is perfect? With Him, you are protected from the wickedness of man, from the hellish hatred and from all the operations of darkness. Examine how you have lived, observe your deeds and repent, for it is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Your happiness here and in eternity is does not depend on your possessions.

By accepting Jesus, you have overcome the devil. Sinners will be punished. Therefore, examine yourself and, if you have committed sins, repent! The devil will try to convince you that you have been wronged and that someone is responsible for your fall, but Jesus did not say this about Judas Iscariot. In Christ, you are fulfilled. Come back to Him!

In Christ with love,

God, our Guide! Being taught and instructed by You makes us different people, because we stand out in every situation by our attitudes. Your Spirit will not leave us without the heavenly teaching, which is undoubtedly superior.

We have to spend our life before You. What we need most is to contemplate You, to learn in Your temple. By seeing You as You are, our soul shines, and there is only advantage in that.

If Joshua, for example, had observed that for 40 years he had been on the side of the rescuer and he had rebelled, he certainly would not have led Israel in the conquest of the Promised Land. We want to have the profit and the advantage that comes from You!
