27/04/2017 - WITH SIMPLICITY AND SINCERITY

For our boasting is this: the testimony of our conscience that we conducted ourselves in the world in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom but by the grace of God, and more abundantly toward you.  2 Corinthians 1:12

Besides having the glory of God over us, we enjoy the privilege of having been created in His image and likeness. This is why we can live in the presence of the Lord and do His will. Many do not value or appreciate what the Creator made them to be and therefore, store up wrath for the Day of Judgment. Why not behave properly instead of choosing the works of evil? When condemnation comes, there will be nobody to free them from guilt.

Everybody who comes to the world and especially those who convert and become a part of the Body of Christ have already one glory in their lives.  They will not only walk with God here on earth; for all eternity they will be continuously in His presence and when the bad things of the Great Tribulation begin to occur, they will be spared.  However, he who prefers a life of sin or doesn’t want to submit to the Creator will have to suffer His bitter wrath.

It is very important to observe the testimony of the conscience. We live well with it; without it we can’t enjoy the life of fullness here on Earth or in what is to come, because we’ll be far from the Most High and we will be afflicted by all sorts of evil. While we are still here we have the chance to be delivered from our sins, but those who arrive at Judgment with unpardoned sins will face eternal suffering. Mercy!

The witness of the Christian’s conscience shows if he has served the Lord with the simplicity and sincerity of God. Now beyond what a bad conscience does to someone who erred and did not repent – this causes great suffering – what it will do to those eternally condemned will be far greater. They will always claim and confess that they were misled and because of this they deserve to be burned in the eternal flames.

The wisdom given to us by the Gospel is not of the flesh, but is from Heaven. We don’t have to listen to the devil’s proposition. It is our duty to enjoy our salvation and the bountiful blessings that are bestowed upon us; this way we will be released from suffering in a moment’s time. Walking with God gives us many victories, seeing as His favor will never leave us.

Those who live under God’s grace never regret having chosen Jesus and salvation. But those who became wicked by not accepting the regenerating and cleansing of the Holy Spirit will face problems with temptation, illness and other evils forever. There is no way any person can consciously disdain Truth and not be oppressed by the enemy. Whoever is not faithful to the Lord lives under a curse, but those who live by the Gospel are free.

Live next to God and you will never know sin and affliction.  The chaos which many people are in can be undone. It is possible to avoid stumbling on the traps that the devil sets up for you. Don’t be drawn away by evil but adjust yourself to divine will.

In Christ, with Love,

Lord! We don’t fully understand grace.  It if were not so vast, You could have announced it through the prophets, kings or even the apostles. It is priceless. Your son brought it to us, and by Your grace we are saved!

Your grace teaches us how to live obeying Your will, so that through us, people can see how the Gospel is simple and true. We have no interest in the carnal wisdom of the world, often destructive, even diabolical, but we are only interested in You.

Help us to not scandalize or answer with anger to the love that people offer us, which is what your enemy wants. We want to serve only You and having our hearts filled with Your grace, we can thus only love You. Amen!
