Even if we try to understand how good God is, it is useless, because the flesh profits nothing (John 6:63). That’s why we must understand through the Word who we are and what the Lord can do on our behalf. I strongly suggest that you don’t take in consideration what men and religion say about God, unless you want to be fooled. Only the Bible says the truth!
Wanting to learn chemistry or some other subject without going to school is the same as asking a donkey to teach you to sing or to do math. This animal will only teach you do not stand behind it, because it will recoil and you won’t ever forget. In this life we will only learn what we are allowed to learn through the Holy Scriptures. Through them, we learn all we need to live decently in this period of time.
God is complete in wisdom and understanding. He covers Himself in light like a vesture. We should read the Bible to learn all we need to recognize the Creator and how to get in touch with Him. It is not necessary to read a lot every day, but a little each day, examining the Bible like gold miners do with a sluice box. Meditate on whatever calls your attention in the Bible, because it is the voice of the Lord.
No divine revelation comes out of nowhere, but through preaching and reflecting on the Word. Jesus used to teach this way about everything, when he announced the gospel and did the work of God. The Savior said that we should examine scriptures because they testify of Him (John 5:39) and of us as well. He ministered and lived according to what was written. Whoever examines the Bible learns how to prepare themselves for eternity.
When Jesus returned to Nazareth, where He had been raised, the book of the law was given to Him. When Jesus opened it, the passage that was evident was Isaiah 61, and Jesus read it to all who were there. After that, He sat down and said to all who were present that the Scriptures were fulfilled right before their ears. It was the decree of Nazareth. From that moment on, those words would come to pass everywhere around the world. This decree is still valid today, we should just believe!
You will never know the Lord without help from the Scriptures. Don’t seek to know anything out of them, because otherwise, the devil will fool you. When you meditate on the Word, the Holy Spirit will make you know everything that pertains to you. Those who don’t pay attention to what God says will be fooled by the evil one. The blessing will come to those who wait on what they’ve learned from the Lord. He will teach you!
No man can pierce the light in which the Most High is dressed in, even if they produce the most powerful weapons in the world. Human beings can never open the curtain that hides heaven from them. But those who seek God, through His Word, will find Him and be successful. The secret is to draw near to the Lord, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8)!
In Christ, with love,

God of inscrutable beauty! One day, we will be in Your presence; and then, we will see You as You see us. Many things still need to be changed in us so we’ll come to know You as our God!
The truth is that we have Your essence; but, even before the fall, not even Adam was able to see You. Your light is so great that the sun is like darkness to You. That’s why, without Your help, we will never be able to hear You. Minister Your Word to us!
After the return of Jesus, when we join You in Your kingdom and the curtain is opened, we will see Your glory. Then, we will feel like we’re out of our bodies, because Your greatness and majesty will lead us to be fascinated by You!
