The Most High isn’t exaggerated nor a liar. When He declares that there is not one righteous (Romans 3:10), He speaks the truth. Man fell into sin, then Satan became lord over him, and human nature became evil and liar. No one can escape deception except by being born again and being a child of God, of Truth. The lie is of the devil (John 8.44)!
The situation becomes more serious when we accept temptations, hold bad feelings in our hearts, such as resentment, anger, and dislike for certain people who have never done us harm. As we transgress, the Holy Spirit points the way to deliver us from evil, convincing us of sin, of wrongdoing itself; of righteousness, showing us the ways to make it right; and of judgment, reminding us that Jesus paid the price for our iniquities.
Whoever is convinced that he has sinned, but doesn’t accept this fact, makes the Lord a liar. The Holy Spirit never makes mistakes, but convinces us for our good. Even the individual who is plunged into an intense passion – is aware that the way out is to turn to God and confess his error, in order to receive forgiveness. Many find this humiliating, and so they walk towards the lake of fire and brimstone, where there will be no second chance to be saved.
The devil is all around us, roaring like a lion, looking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5.8), but he doesn’t always show himself as he really is. Sometimes Satan hides behind someone’s verbal or physical aggression and uses his servants to give hints, bad advice and even shameful examples. Never sell yourself to the enemy, because he wants to have you by his side for all eternity, in Hell.
It is healthy to do a self-examination and evaluate your share of guilt in situations in which the outcome was sad. Even those who claim to be from God and swear they have no responsibility in an event, when they analyze their attitudes and examine the facts, often realize that they have not conducted themselves wisely. A good agreement will always be better than a favorable sentence.
When you witness two people accusing each other, wait for them to calm down and then, talk about spiritual topics. Then, if they can already reason without hatred, ask them to listen to the Lord through the Scriptures, saying: As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one (Romans 3.10). Then, ask them if God knows everything or if the Bible got that statement wrong.
This verse from 1st John serves to solve any difficulty. The two warring individuals need to understand that the Lord cannot be made a liar, and the lack of fear for Him makes it impossible for them to get along. If they insist on their positions, the devil will destroy them! Whoever continues in error will lose God’s Word – which heals, delivers, and solves any problem.

Only true God! How far many come, not seeing the chaos that sin wreaks in their lives! When there is confusion overcoming love or leading a marriage to fall apart, for example, there is a lack of fear for You.
Human beings tend to say they didn't do wrong, and that was the attitude of the first couple in the garden of Eden. Sin brought to mankind the ability to give themselves to Satan and deny their faults. Thank You God, for loving us and convincing us of sin!
We transgress by thoughts, words and deeds, consciously or unconsciously, but we don't want to make You known as a liar. The key is - not to exchange Your Word for the presence of the enemy in us. Help us, Father!
