I will make each of My mountains a road, and My highways shall be elevated. Isaiah 49.11

During Israel’s history, powerful ministries arose, but they were sparse and this made it difficult for man to reach God and solve his problems. Then, Jesus came on the scene and without delay declared: I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me  (John 14:6). Christ said this in response to Thomas’ question: Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way? (John 14.5).

On that day, the disciples seemed to be out of tune or had not yet understood the Savior’s teachings. A similar attitude happens to those who begin to seek the Almighty, but because they are just beginning to learn the divine letters, they have doubts about many subjects. The Lord had told the disciples where to go and the way to follow. It is good to grow in understanding to know everything.

Among the ministries that emerged from the days of the Law to the days of the Gospel, many were considered heaps of knowledge and power. There was divine wisdom, but that which was perfect, the Gospel, was not yet on Earth. From the ministries of revelation of the divine will, the Way would emerge (Romans 10.4). Today, we must learn that everything that is revealed to us through the Word leads us to the Father, so the more we learn, the better we will live. God said that He would make a Holy Way!

When speaking of how the spiritual world would be, when the Lamb of God would take away the sin of the world, the Most High listed several facts that would happen before announcing that the Holy Way would emerge: A highway shall be there, and a road, and it shall be called The Highway of Holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it, but it shall be for others. Whoever walks the road, although a fool shall not go astray (Isaiah 35.8). Jesus is the Way prepared for the people to walk!

No one can say that they cannot walk the glorious Way, which leads to the Father. See what the Word declares: I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye (Psalm 32.8). Whoever allows himself to be taught the Way to go and, acting by faith, allows himself to be guided by the eyes of the Almighty – will always succeed!

When the Lord makes us understand the Word, He is finishing our training. From then on, we can and must take our place as His children, for He will guide our steps to victory. The guidance we received from the ministries that existed in Israel was used for the creation of the true Way. God’s paths will be exalted and recognized as good, so follow all that the Lord reveals to you and be an overcomer!

There is no one who can find a single flaw in the Biblical record. Look at what the Scriptures say: As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him (Psalm 18.30). Therefore, never refuse to give credit to God’s Word. Stand on it!
