And give you  the blessing of Abraham, To you and your descendants with you, that you may inherit the land In which you are a stranger, Which God gave to Abraham. Genesis 28:4

Isaac mentioned to Jacob about the blessing of Abraham, who, according to the apostle Paul, belongs to us through Jesus (Gal. 3:14). This has great significance. When the patriarch was called out of Ur of the Chaldeans and into a land to be given to him in eternal possession, God referred to the fullness of blessings that His Son would provide in His death on the cross. Today, it is the right of every citizen to know and enjoy them.

Whoever accepts Jesus as Savior has the right to enjoy what the eternal God promised to the patriarch of the Hebrews, our father in the faith. We do not have to ask divine interference to be helped in times of difficulties. After all, being saved, we can claim such a promise, and we will be fulfilled when we pray. It’s just a matter of believing!

Jacob came out confident in Isaac’s word. Act this way every time you cry out and hear God’s answer. Not to trust the Lord’s answer is to say, “I don’t believe in His Word.” No one can distrust the Most High; if you do, you will receive nothing. The promise is passed onto those who are received as members of God’s family. With this, this person can be a wonder operator. Hallelujah!

The promise is meant for those who believe and their descendants. No matter how far apart you are from the Lord. But whoever lives far from God lives in sin, because, when far from the Lord, the devil does what he pleases to this person. However, when she is converted, she becomes spiritual authority in Christ. Then, upon discovering what is in store for him, he automatically becomes a steward of divine blessings.

Jacob’s seed would share in the blessing if he were with him in the same faith. Those who do not care what they say, think and do will not go far. If this person is not in Jesus and his words are not in him, everything he asks for will not be examined. But being in Christ and His words in us, there will be no limit to be met. Your requests will be answered!

We must possess, not deserve, the blessings bought by Jesus and promised to Abraham as an inheritance. To receive an inheritance, one simply has to be heir. In the same way, as we receive Jesus as Savior and Lord, we can and must assume what is ours. God’s hand will never abandon us if we are steadfast in His Word!

Have you been in the Scriptures and searched your words? All the saved should do so, for Jesus did that. He who reveals the Word is greatly blessed. Now whoever is of Christ can pray and send away the evil of his life. God is by your side to help you!

In Christ, with love,

Lord, Giver of the blessing of Abraham! You promised the patriarch blessings to him and his posterity. He believed, and we became heirs of them. Now we need to take possession of what belongs to us in the Name of Jesus!

Before You we are determined to enjoy what is ours now and in eternity. We receive the promises given to Abraham, Your servant. The doubts and other tricks of the devil will never stop us from assuming them!

Our seed will be with us in faith to share in your gifts. We do not allow the enemy to act on our descendants. Nothing will stop us from being Your servants. Thanks for the Name that is above every name!
