And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him. 1 John 3.19

Faith in Christ is the means by which we know that we please God and will not miss the Door to Heaven, which is Jesus. Although a person is known and loved by those around him, if he is not born again, they will surelyu go to the lake of fire and brimstone. This is news to many, because, being religious, they have not heard about eternal damnation and salvation that will last for ever and ever. Do something on their behalf!

The enemy of our souls strives to defeat us, trying to separate us from the love of God and give us an ugly and painful end. But Christ declared: Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest (Matthew 11.28). This is easy to do; just believe that the Lord exists and this invitation includes you. Next, pray in thanksgiving for such an invitation and accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. You will come out of uncertainty if you do this now!

By loving the Savior in works and in truth, you will know that you are already saved, for the Holy Spirit will testify in your heart that you have found peace and love, being chosen by the divine Word. From the moment that assurance reaches your heart, there is no longer any doubt, because the Spirit of the Lord will assist you in everything, from prayer to the rebuke you will give to the temptations that try to take you off the Path!

A great spiritual awakening is beginning in the world. People who would never go to church now confess that they have found Jesus, and their fear and dread are no more. In your life too there will be a radical change, for Holy Scriptures will become alive to you. Then, with tranquility and patience, you will rejoice in Christ, the Savior. The Lord said: I will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13.5c).

Before they meet Jesus, people live as if God does not exist and they do not have to go to the court of the universe to explain their evil deeds. However, after their conversion to the Gospel, a trust in God floods their hearts and they delight in doing the divine will with great pleasure. Now you can claim whatever you need, and you will tell your friends all that God has done in your life. Jesus is your Friend!

Those who have not had an encounter with the Savior live as if the world will last forever. But he doesn’t know why, because one day he will die and go to the judgment seat of the universe to give an account of his deeds. Those who have surrendered to Jesus have passed from death to life (John 5.24) and, therefore, will never perish. Your daily struggles will become easier, because the testimony of the Spirit will protect you. Pray and live!

Now that you understand God’s plan and have surrendered to Christ, your life has changed to obey the Lord’s purpose. So, spend long time in prayer and Bible reading, and once your heart is secure in God’s hands you will never be alarmed by bad news. For the saved, the end of the ages has come, so they know in Whom they have believed!
