That you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world.   Philippians 2.15

There are godly missions that in our own eyes are easy to execute. There are others, though, that seem impossible. However, since the work is always executed by Him, we should never say that we do not have the conditions to conclude a certain task, for even if we may seem incapable, the Lord will go ahead of us to fulfill His will. We are mere instruments, while the Most High is the true Accomplisher of the work.

God does not call us to continue to live in uncertainty, in lies, and in deception. He gives us the tools we need for us to be truly children of the light. His targets may seem like a mirage, but they are real. Any person can live in a holy and productive manner, considering that he must only respond to the divine plan so that the divine power may act through him. Therefore, prepare yourself to be blameless and harmless.

Never shame the Master, and never desire to be even a minute far away from His presence. When we walk outside of the divine will, we do not have His protection or His power operating in us. Those who fall astray from the true Way find pain and suffering. There is nothing better than being under the Most High’s gaze.

We have a goal to reach: to be blameless. It may seem difficult, but if it were so, the Lord would not ask us to seek for it. Instead of saying that you will not make it, assume this task as your mission and count with the Father’s help, for He always helps those who propose themselves to fulfill His orders. In fact, every member in the Body of Christ should walk in such a way.

As for being harmless, this should be a visible mark in us wherever we go and in all occasions. We cannot walk in the Truth and be deceptive, because the moment when we assume Satan’s nature – who is a liar and the father of lies (Jo 8.44) – we stop having God’s hand upon our lives, and therefore, we stop having success from the faith in Jesus.

Even living in midst of a corrupt and perverse generation, let the Lord’s love in you flow to save some people while there is still time. We have the power to unmask every lie of the enemy by faith, whether it is a sickness in the body or soul. For those who do things that are worthy of reprehension and that are not harmless, what is left is oppression and all kinds of evil action.

Are you shining your light in this world? If you haven’t, certainly the Most High is not pleased with your lifestyle. He does not ask you to live in a blameless way in order to help Him out, but for your own sake. Undoubtedly, your light will help many people, for you will be the most benefitted. Assume yourself in Christ, and be happy and blessed.
