Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. Matthew 7:12

To follow Jesus is more serious than we can imagine, therefore those who are called and do not present themselves or show no willingness to serve, no doubt will not have the privilege to participate in the redeeming work done by the Son of God and entrusted to man: the spreading of the Gospel throughout the world. We should see in others what we would like to have them see in us, if we were to be lost and not knowing the need to be reborn.

When Jesus was prepared to feed five Thousand men, their women and children, He took five loaves of bread and two fish, which belonged to a small boy, and broke them.  This shows that we cannot share anything with somebody before we are blessed ourselves.  If the bread (food that represents the Word of God) was actually people, they would scream in pain as they would be broken by the hands of the Lord.  What do you say?

See what is necessary to be used by the Most High for His work to give everyone the Bread of Life, Jesus. If you walk in the flesh, swollen in sensuality, dominated by vanities and seeking only worldly pleasures, and do not repent or seek God’s directions, you will not enter the wide gate.  Then you will see that this way only leads to eternal perdition.

We have to keep in mind the urgency of spreading the gospel to those who are lost, and to those who know little about Christ, that might be led to passions of the flesh and bad sentiments.  If we were in a similar situation, we would want somebody to do the same for us.  Our battle is real! We have to fight against principalities, princes and powers of darkness of this age and the spiritual hosts of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:12)

God will give us the power to help those who not yet know Him, but are beginning to crawl in their faith.  They need true servants to teach them how to please the Father. However, unfortunately some will not submit themselves to the good doctrine, like Dimas, in the days of Paul, love the present age and abandoned the most important mission of his life.  You will not imitate him, will you?

The world is dominated by infernal forces, which have fought to take many to abandon the way and unfortunately have obtained victories of the weak and the foolish. One must be strong in faith to tell the devil that he will not bow before his temptations, or be influenced by his deceptions.  In truth, you will look steadily to the Author and Consumer of your faith. Much more awaits you.  Believe!

The summary of the teaching of the Law and the prophets is: do unto others what you would like them to do unto you. Take care and pray not to fall into temptations. Judas, for instance, was tempted by Satan to sell the Messiah for 30 pieces of silver. Had he negotiated he would have even gotten more. But of what use would this be to him if his future was the lake of fire?  Mercy!

In Christ, with Love,

R. R. Soares

Lord, our Salvation! It is sad to know that there are people who listen to the enemy, and are enslaved forever. Unfortunately, many have fallen into temptation, when they should surrender to You, and do Your holy will!

Why are so many fascinated by gold, if they have already found You? All the wealth and riches of this world was created by You and belongs to You; therefore if someone lacks something they should ask You, who gives to all generously. We need Your presence!

Our treasure is to serve You, being instruments in Your powerful hands, to walk in Your presence. We cannot love You and at the same time the worldly things. Come to our rescue and deliver us from temptations. Amen!
