having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, Ephesians 2:15

The Prince of Peace did not fail in the most important mission He received from the Father: to reconcile us to Him. Christ came to establish peace between God and man in His pure blood, paying the price at its fair value. We do not need to do anything else to enjoy our rights reserved in the Lord. He who believes in the Savior is saved from eternal damnation, born again and becomes victorious!

There was a spiritual wall preventing us from fellowship with the Most High, but with the sacrifice of His Son, that separation was over. One of the works of Jesus was to make two peoples – Gentiles and Jews – to be one. Now, when we accept Him, we are considered children of Abraham. Because of Christ’s blood, which cleanses us from all sin, we become children of the Most High. Be saved now!

The Word guarantees that, in His own flesh, Jesus abolished enmity. Then we only need to receive Him as His Substitute, so that His blood shed on Calvary cleanses you completely. Then, in the twinkling of an eye, you will be a new creature, free from everlasting damnation. The saved will not enter into judgment, because their guilt has been paid by the Savior. What do you say?

This did not happen in the Law. The enemy took advantage of the fact that the person transgressed some commandment to oppress them. Now, in the New Covenant, the transgressor need not despair, for he will not suffer any punishment as long as he confesses his sins. Thus the faithful and just God will forgive him of his sins and purify him from all unrighteousness (1 John 1: 9). But if anyone plays the game of sin, he will not be forgiven!

The Law of Moses consisted of ordinances that could not be kept, so there was no one righteous. However, the coming of Jesus has set us free from this Law, and now we are in the perfect Law of freedom – the Gospel. We will no longer die, as long as we do not return to the devil’s pen, to make the mistakes of old. Therefore, if you commit iniquity, confess it immediately and receive the God´s forgiveness.

Jesus came with a special purpose: to create a new man. Whoever accepts Him as Savior becomes the person planned by the Father, without the guilt of sin, because he is no longer the servant of the devil. Why live far from the Most High, if the blood of Christ took you near to the Father? Take the opportunity to be born again, to be filled with the Holy Spirit and walk on the Lord’s side forever! Halleluiah!

The Savior’s death sealed our eternal destiny in Heaven, delivering us from all that held us in the clutches of Satan. Then, we became children of the Most High and members of the Body of Christ. We must enjoy that peace with God has already been made!
