For the moth will eat them up like a garment, and the worm will eat them like wool; But My righteousness will be forever, and My salvation from generation to generation.           Isaiah 51.8

There is a demon similar to a moth – an insect that gnaws at clothes, making them unusable. This evil spirit will enter the souls of the oppressors of God’s people and make them worse than the disheartened. The sad thing is that they would face no problems if they knew about their rights in Jesus and believed this promise. Such people will live under the oppression of darkness until they convert or die. Don’t rejoice with anyone’s suffering, but preach the Word to everyone!

The people who oppressed Israel in the past had a huge bill to pay, and they paid it. However, there is a residue to be paid on the Day of reckoning. Thus says the Word: Do not touch My anointed ones, and do My prophets no harm (Psalm 105.15). Certainly, there will still be some heads of state who will spare no effort to prevent the evangelization of the world, because they ignore that this is the work of the only God, and He will not let those who do this go free. Pray!

After God declares Himself to be the glory of the Church, He warns that touching one of His children is like touching the apple of His eye: For thus says the Lord of hosts: He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye (Zechariah 2.8). Let anyone who dares to touch those who have been received into the divine family for having accepted Jesus as Savior be prepared!

There is another kind of demon that will come with great wrath upon the evildoers of the saved. This spirit will act against these wicked ones like the silk-eating worm, devouring them so that nothing remains but destruction. At Christ’s return, all the people who have in any way harmed the work of God will see how wrong they acted. They will be very sorry about this, but after death, there will be no salvation and no forgiveness.

The moth (ash in Hebrew) and the worm (sash in Hebrew) serve to attract the attention of those who see nothing wrong with disturbing the work of the Most High. Those who have common-sense should only approach these people if it is to evangelize them. After Jesus’ return, we will be separated from the lost, because after being taken to Heaven, from where we will never leave, we will not even remember those who were destined to eternal punishment (Revelation 21.1-8).

Glory to the Lord for His righteousness, which will last forever! The saved will be in the kingdom of peace and love, in a new atmosphere, where the devil never was or will be. There they will see such beautiful things prepared by Jesus in the Father’s House (John 14.2,3). The ugliness of the Earth will cease to exist in the Savior’s future kingdom, but those who are condemned will know only pain and suffering. Take the opportunity to truly convert! 

The salvation of Lord is extended from generation to generation. Today, we do His will; tomorrow, others will touch the divine work and lead many people from all nations to be born again. This condition is essential for one to enter the Kingdom of God. If you are not yet saved, accept Jesus now. He will forgive you and save you!
