The matter was essential because it made God love us with His great, incomparable and unconditional love, giving His Son to die in our place. Man achieved salvation in the death of Jesus. That is the most important blessing. But in this act, there are other unimaginable gifts to the natural man. Because he does not know them, he does not enjoy the abundant riches of divine grace.
Without understanding what God accomplished for us in the sacrifice of Jesus, our relationship with Him is not complete. The Messiah carried out various works between the day of His death and that of His resurrection. Paul says that we were made alive together with Christ (Ephesians 2:5). This leads us to understand that in order to give us life, the same capacity that man had lost in the fall of Adam was used. Now, we are as quickened as Jesus and for the same purpose.
Before Jesus was quickened, He had been separated from God because He became sin in our place, He went straight to the kingdom of the devil, who along with his demons, was celebrating the fact that the Son of God was in his clutches. There, the Master fought with Satan, stripping from him the authority of man which had been stolen. Jesus removed him from the throne of evil with which he dominated mankind.
Another great victory that took place in the resurrection of Jesus was that mankind resurrected with Him. There is no denying that these affirmations make us feel more than loved by the Lord and strengthened for every good work to come. Now, we do not have to beg for help, but take a new and blessed attitude, throwing away all that was evil. In Christ we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37).
After having made us alive and resurrected with Christ, the Father has made us sit in heavenly places in Christ (Ephesians1:3). From then on, we are able to walk with God and fulfill His commands. We waste time and power when we do not know that we are capable of being ministers of the New Testament, leading others to the new birth, which includes the end of the sinful kingdom over their lives.
God’s kindness to us is great, for He did not look on us as if we were enslaved by sin, but as the new creatures He would do in Jesus. Now it is a matter of listening and wanting to eat the best of this land (Isaiah 1:19). There is no reason to live far from the Lord if there is power in Him to face the forces of darkness and the adversities of life, which lead man to suffering.
Man´s new phase began in the work of recreation, made by Jesus on the cross, and continues in the present day, in the challenges that come along the way during the divine work. It is time to collaborate with the Most High so that, in the centuries to come, He will show that He was right when He sent His Son to rescue us. It was worth it!
In Christ, with love,

Lord! It is good to know the reason why You sent Your Son to die in our place, to destroy the works of the devil and make us Your children. You have done for us what we did not deserve, and now we are thankful to You.
May You show us in the future the riches of Your grace, for You have redeemed us from sin. We were dead, but You quickened us, giving us life when You gave it to Christ. It is gratifying to learn this. Now, we can live to serve You.
With Your kindness, we enjoy of the abundant and good riches of Your grace. But we know that this is the beginning of what we must come to know to have a life full of joy, mercy, and power. All glory to You oh Lord!
