But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you; may those who long for your saving help always say, “The Lord is great!” Psalm 40:16

God’s people must be festive and joyful because as they seek the Lord nothing is lacking to them.  If we need healing, we know that the Almighty has already provided when by Jesus’ wound we were healed (Isaiah 53:4,5).  As we need deliverance we see that it is promised in the Holy scriptures.  When we need forgiveness we must only confess our sins in order that they be forgiven (1 John 1:9).

The command is to celebrate always in joy, for no gift will turn up lacking to us.  We cannot join in chorus with the people of the world, who live away from the King of Glory and are constantly attacked by the soldiers of darkness.   The devil oppresses everyone in all sorts of ways, for he respects nobody. However when the people of God use their authority that He gave them, the enemy is brought down and defeated at once.

There is a reason and condition for us to always be rejoicing: seeking the Heavenly Father.  The faithful who do so will never feel abandoned or powerless to face the evil one and defeat him.  Being servants of God we can and we must resort to the Lord in any case of necessity.  This must be observed by those who are saved, who walk with the Father and lean on their faith in Christ for their support.

“Seek and you shall find” said Jesus (Matthew 7:8).  Those who seek help from God gain the advantage they need and receive all that is essential to counter and defeat the enemy’s attack.  The Lord entrusted His Kingdom to us, as He did with His Son.  It is now our turn to prove that we in fact believe in His Word.  We cannot retreat from our position in Jesus because we have already come close.

Here’s the reason we live joyfully: the Joy of the Lord makes us powerful to succeed in battles. After all we were called to be His heirs in order to continue the work He started without ever retreating.  Therefore we will not go to perdition.  Our march is constant and firm, as are the steps of the Master.  Consequently our mission in the Lord will be victorious because He will command us.  Halleluiah!

We must confess constantly with determination and conviction.  Because we love Jesus the devil will not lead us to his dark filthy and stray paths.  Now and forever we will say that the Lord be exalted.  Our battle is the same that the Son of God fought here on Earth when He went from city to city preaching the Word and healing those oppressed by the devil.  We have urgency for the field is large and the crop will be great!

Do not hesitate to claim, lay hold and enjoy everything that the Scriptures declare to be yours.  When the last battle is raging, you will say with joy, already in Glory that you fought the good fight, finished the course and kept the faith (2 Timothy 4:7).  It is time for joy! Exalt the Lord forever!

In Christ, with love,

Father! You are good in proving the saved all that pleases You.  Thus they can get a taste of what is prepared for them in Heaven.  The celebrations and commemorations of men are a far distance from Yours.  When will you receive us in Your home?

We want to rest in You, not in religion or the things of men.  Your light will take us very close to You.  We want to seek You to exalt You. Therefore we will always live in Your plan and in Your mercy.  Halleluiah!

Our aim is to exalt You, to profess Your kindness and Your love, and to use Your power to make men understand more of Your purpose. Then when the time has come for the redeemed to rise up into Heaven, we will go joyfully to Your encounter!
