23/07/2019 - IMPORTANT WORK DONE IN A SIMPLE WAY

Then He took the child by the hand, and said to her, “Talitha, cumi,” which is translated, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” Mark 5:41

We need to walk in Spirit not to waste the opportunities to do divine will; after all, we were sent to carry out Jesus’ same deed. Every servant of God is obliged to follow Christ´s example, who said loud and clear: Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father (John 14:12). Jesus´ followers act like Him! 

Those who walk with God listen to His words, forwards them and do what He commands. The world is waiting for the Lord´s true disciples to appear, who will use the same power Jesus had and produce the same results He obtained. Therefore, you and I must obey Him. Seek in the Most High the chances for you to fulfill your calling with praise. 

We must have in mind that we can´t do what we think is right, but only what God shows us. The Master declared He could do nothing if He didn’t see the Father doing it first (John 5:19). We can say the same. Nothing happens by chance, but through divine guidance. If we live at His feet, examine the Scriptures, we will hear Him, believe in Him and fulfill His will. God is tremendous! 

When you know what the Father wants from you, cast all fear and doubt, because He will confirm you the words to declare. When He sends me to do something, I do exactly as I was told. However, if nothing happens, it’s not my fault or the Lord´s. See how Joshua behaved after Israel lost the battle to the tiny city of Ai. The Lord showed there was something wrong in the camp (Joshua 7:2-11). 

It’s simple to do God´s work. Jesus entered the room where the dead girl was and took her hand, commanded her to arise, and so she did. Our command will not fail, if we speak in the Name of the Lord. Now, having Heaven´s guidance, we must simply obey. We don´t need to ask for signs because that would be a sign of unbelief. If God has spoken to you, then march! 

Seek to be near the Lord, giving ear to His Word. Then, when you feel the Holy Spirit´s touch, rebuke the works of the devil and ordain healing upon the sick. Those called by God have become minister of the New Testament. It would be good if all saved understood who they are in Christ Jesus! 

Finally, we have Jesus’ command: do the same works He carried out. The Master didn´t say we could do it, but that we should do it. Take this understanding seriously and speak what Jesus would speak if He were in your place. You are in His place, so you cannot fail. An important work is done in a simple way.
