The officers answered, “No man ever spoke like this Man!”  John 7.46

Jesus is the best Example for someone to look up to, to be successful and to teach others how to act in any situation. Whoever learns from the Master becomes a blessing to humanity. He taught only what had to be done and spoke what had been announced to Him. Christ worked hard to make the Jews understand that He was the Messiah, who had made the Covenant with Abraham and had come to fulfill the promises (John 8:51-58).

Jesus’ ministry brought about a real change in the lives of those who came into His presence. By listening to the Savior’s teachings, they became His servants. Everything He preached and did can be found in the Bible; the New Testament is even a summary of the Old. What we learn from His wisdom must be ministered to people, so that they can be freed from temptations and be victorious in their faith in Christ (1 Corinthians 10:12,13).

There is a real war going on in the spiritual world. The forces of the kingdom of darkness are gathering for the final battles, but they will never defeat the forces of Good, of the Kingdom of God. There is nothing to fear! Our Savior overcame Satan and all his ilk. Now, the Lord gives us the power to do the work as He has outlined. We are Heaven’s agents in this battle, so we need to overcome the hellish onslaughts for the glory of the Father.

Many have lost their faith and become enemies of the cross of Christ, bringing error to other saved people, taking them away from the Truth and leading them to the world of the dead. Paul said: For many walk of whom I have often told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ (Philippians 3:18). We have to cry too, don’t we? Unfortunately, we know people like that. Mercy on them!

God’s deviants who were part of the Sanhedrin wanted to kill Jesus and sent their best guards to arrest Him. While they didn’t return, the supposedly “nice guys” agreed on how to kill the Prince of Life, the Savior of the world. What an unfortunate and evil gathering that was in Jerusalem! They were distressed when the soldiers didn’t bring Jesus. But no one spoke like Christ!

Learn from the Man whom no wise man in the world has ever been able to emulate and come close to. Jesus is the divine Word described by John at the beginning of his gospel: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1.1). The Son and the Father are united and indivisible. Only in heaven will we understand this mystery – the divine composition. Our finite mind cannot understand the infinite God!

The rulers of Judaism, called the priests and princes of Israel, wanted to kill Him, but this was a complete mistake. How could they touch the Savior if God hadn’t given them that right? The envy of Jacob’s sons made them sell Joseph into slavery, which didn’t solve the problem, and they even had the nerve to lie to their own father (read Genesis, chapter 37). The servants returned empty-handed, saying: No man ever spoke like this man. The Lord is unique!

In Christ, with love,

God of the good Word! How much evil was done to Christ, who always spoke the truth. Because they were envious and afraid of losing their position of leadership and didn't consecrate themselves to You, they couldn't use Your power!

It's the same today. Those who don't consecrate themselves to You stop doing the work as they should. You didn't plan divisions in Your house! Now, the person who turns to You will be used as an example, just as Your Son was. Hallelujah!

The servants tried to arrest the Savior, but returned empty-handed, saying that no one had spoken like Him. Those who listen to You come to the same conclusion. However, some stop following You because they are envious or like sin. May Your mercy save them!
