Now the LORD gave me knowledge of it, and I know it; for You showed me their doings. Jeremiah 11.18

We don’t have more from God, because we don’t want to. Now, the Lord said that we can ask for anything we want, and He Himself will do it: And whatsoever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14.13). Even wisdom, if we lack it, we can ask for, and He has given His Word that we will receive it. Solomon prayed for it and became the wisest person in the world of his days. Why don’t we pray for what we need now? (Luke 11.9).

The Lord grants good things, from material to spiritual things, to those who ask Him for them. The saved must understand that they are the light of the world. Then, if they shine with the work to be done in them, they will certainly become a source of inspiration to other brothers and even the lost, who will seek to know the Lord in order to live well (Philippians 2.15). God wants to give wisdom to His people. Ask and you shall receive!

We can ask God about those around us and the problems they face. He put us in the world to do His will. Then, with God’s wisdom, we will teach the lost about the Way that will lead them to the Father. In so doing, we will be an extension of the Almighty on Earth. Just as Jesus said that whoever sees Him also sees the Father, we will make many people see the face of the Almighty!

Let’s take marriage as an example. It’s important to have God’s wisdom when choosing the person with whom we will live as two in one body. He declared His will in this regard: And said, ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? (Matthew 19.5). Two people from very different upbringings, who decide to get married to form a family, will only succeed with God’s blessing!

Marriage must be indissoluble, beginning in youth and ending in old age, the period of life that we will experience. The Lord says: Let your fountain be blessed and rejoice whit the wife of your youth (Proverbs 5:18). The philosophy of the world is to leave home, find someone else, and marry again. There are those who are really good at doing such thing, but when they come before the court of eternity, what will they say? Convert!

Young people need to be taught that everyone will be held accountable for their actions. What will become of those who give themselves over to sin? Will they suffer forever? Thus, the Scriptures say:  Rejoice, O young man, in your youth and let your heart be glad in the days of your youth; walk in the ways of your heart and in the sight of your eyes; but know that for all these things God will bring you into judgment (Ecclesiastes 11.9). Get ready to meet with God!

On the Day of Reckoning, the hidden practices will be revealed. Those who maintain them must repent and confess them to God to be forgiven. You will not be held accountable for your former mistakes, provided that you remain steadfast in your faith to the very end (Matthew 24.13). Those who have hidden themselves in silence and have not dealt with those they have offended will be in trouble (Luke 12.58,59).

In Christ, with love,

God, our Savior Friend! All that You have determined for us to know will come to us and lead us to take the initial step to be forgiven. Now, if we err, we must confess ourselves to You. In faith in Christ, there is peace and security!

Your guidance must be absolute priority. You are our Rock, on which we build our lives. Then, when the evil one comes in with all his pomp to defeat us, we will rebuke him with Your authority!

Our great mission is to be a doer of Your righteousness. It is on our shoulders that we are commanded to go into the world and preach the Gospel. Unfortunately, we have not done this, so the world frightens us with its actions, but we believe in You!
