who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. Ephesians 4:19

Why does one who is saved, born again and a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven, allows himself to be fooled by the devil and withdraws from Christ, loosing good sentiments – the willingness and ability to hear and obey the Lord? Little by little, this individual surrenders to the practice of evil.  There is no explanation for this, because being aware of eternal judgment, from which he was free by his conversion, he is now a defendant again.

Who is admonished by the Holy Spirit – who speaks gently through the Word – but pays no mind and does not heed Him, is abandoned.  Then, due to the habit of sinning, they become insensitive.  Why ignore the presence of the Most High and allow the prince of darkness to oppress and command you?  Could somebody who calls himself Christian doubt the Scriptures?

Sad will be the day when the Lord turns against a human being.  Although God has done everything for this person to return to spiritual senses, he has decided to continue in error.  This closes the possibility to hear the divine voice.  If you find yourself distant from the presence of the Father, stop reading this message and enter into prayer!  You are certainly in danger of straying away.  Only return to this reading after reconciling to Him. 

The lost do not imagine what will happen to them.  The devil has blinded and deceived this person in such a way that he feels pleasure in sin.  And when he learns what the Scriptures say, he doesn’t notice the looming danger in being subjected by the enemy, that oppresses humanity in a terrible way.

After being emptied of all sentiment, the sinner surrenders to total moral depravation. The only thing left to do is to remain in iniquity.  Since he loved being cursed, he will be governed by it into eternity.  Mercy!  It is not understandable how one shuts one’s self off from the Truth, to the point of marching to their endless suffering. If you have fallen spiritually, run back to Jesus!

The incredulous, ignoring eternal perdition, are demoralized as they commit all forms and sorts of wickedness. There are people who were leading good Christian lives in every way until they succumbed to temptation.  Today, however, they march to perdition. How sad!  Is it still possible to alter their destiny? Yes! However they must recognize their mistakes and repent.     

Abandon the spiritual blindness and return to God!  He will have mercy on your life and will deliver you from the evil one.  The message of the Gospel is the same.  If you take the necessary steps, the good Lord will forgive you and help you.  There will be celebration in Heaven for your return.  Halleluiah!
