to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. Romans 3.26

David understood how important it is for those who love divine justice to sing and rejoice in the fact that the Most High loves the prosperity of His servants (Psalm 35:27). Now, this creates in the heart of such people the desire to seek this blessing. We know that the evangelization of the lost demands great sums of resources, but surely the greatest of them is the Lord’s operation in our favor. In fact – without Him – we can do nothing (John 15.5).

To fear the enemy’s threats is one of the attitudes of many Christians. Now, they will never see the God’s glory – if they don’t act by faith. The person who represents the Lord will never agree with the devil’s lies, for in the trials, they will be strengthened, helped and sustained by the Almighty! God, with His right hand, will show how much it is worth to trust in Him (Malachi 3:17,18). Never get carried away by appearances!

After Calvary, the Lord’s justice went into full operation on behalf of His people; so, there is nothing to fear. God has brought it near to those who trust Him with their lives. In the Gospel, salvation was established; in the church, the glory of the Wonderful One resides. The Father is just and Justifier of those who come to Him for His wonderful righteousness, operating according to what has been written concerning those who love Him.

From the moment the Son of God was quickened – after recovering the authority that the devil had taken from Adam in the temptation – the heavenly justice went into action. Now, it only waits for man to assume his position in the Savior and rebuke all that is wrong in his life, so that it may fulfill its blessed mission. This is already a reality, for the arm of the Lord – the Church – has power!

What is seen in the material and spiritual world will also be devoured by fire. New heavens and a new earth (2 Peter 3.13) will be created. People will die like flies, but the salvation won by Jesus will last forever, and the righteousness of God will never be weakened or defeated, because He Himself will confirm it in all generations. Enjoy this blessing whenever you want!

The days are bad, but even so, they cannot oppress us or divert us from the Path of Heaven. The direction of the Holy God is: This is what the Lord says: “Maintain justice and do what is right, for my salvation is close at hand and my righteousness will soon be revealed (Isaiah 56.1). So, instead of confessing negative things, acknowledging that you can do nothing, obey the Father, keeping your wits about you and doing good. He is faithful!

Paul revealed the secret to being found in Christ: and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness that comes from God on the basis of faith (Philippians 3.9). Do the same thing and you will see that this is how we experience divine love and show ours to Him. Your righteousness is in faith in Christ!
