Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth!   Psalm 66:1

If people would learn that to praise the Lord strengthens and fortifies them greatly, no doubt, they would do this.  It is like food for our spirit.  A weak Christian is the Christian that does not pray nor opens his mouth to glorify the Almighty.  Why would anyone not do this, unless they were influenced by the kingdom of darkness?  Learn how to sing hymns to God and your life will change!

When  he received word that there was a multitude that numbered like the sands of the sea, that had been allied  against Judah, King Jehoshaphat feared, but he prayed (2 Chronicles 20:3). Soon the Lord sent one of His servants to tell him that that battle was His.  In it, the Israelites had only but to exalt Him to see Him act against the adversaries.  Subsequently, when they obeyed this order, incredibly, the enemies began to destroy themselves (2 Chronicles 20:23). Halleluiah!

The praise must be with shouts and cries of joy and jubilee emanating from our spirits with strength and entirety of heart.  Then the ranks of the enemy will be confounded and do battle amongst themselves, and we will be blessed with deliverance by the Lord.  Let your soul be nourished by the Almighty while you adore Him.  Doing this, you will never lose a battle.  Man prepares himself for victory by glorifying God!

The orders are to bless the Lord.  This way we will awaken the gift conceded by Him.  Be wise!  If you do not learn to proceed this way, you will be a weak believer and will be defeated in battles.  However, as you magnify Him, take note, as the divine power comes over your life to transform you into a victorious warrior.  True believers exalt the Almighty with all their heart.

No matter what situation you may be in; if you begin to truly sing praises to God you will be lifted up over your enemies.  In the opening and shut of an eye, you will become that person that the heavenly Father called and prepared to be a warrior.  It is a privilege to be called by the Omnipotent to be in communion with Him and work in His Name.  This will raise you up over all type of evil works.

The return of the holy people to Jerusalem was long expected and the captivity was coming to an end.  When the builders laid the foundations to the temple of the Lord, the priests presented themselves in their apparel with trumpets and the Levites, sons of Asaph, with psalms to praise the Lord, according to what David, King of Israel had instituted (Ezra 3:10). Four centuries had gone by since the son of Jesse had given the example of how to administer the praise, and so they did.

When we praise God, we must sing, celebrating the Lord, because He is good and His goodness lasts forever (Psalm 136:1).  Accordingly, with great satisfaction we will express to the Almighty our thanksgiving and gratitude for handing us our victory.  Some will be emotional and cry filled with joy, not being able to contain their tears of jubilance.

In Christ, with Love,

Lord, our Rescuer and Blesser!  Teach us how to praise Your Name so that we will give shouts of halleluiah.  You are always good and lead us to enjoy only the best, because of the sacrifice of Jesus in our favor.  Thank you, Friend!

Like Jehoshaphat, we receive word that bad things are coming against us, so we fear.  But we should not let fear get the best of us, because You deliver us from the evil works of the enemy.  Lift us high unto victory!

The people of Judah, who returned from captivity, didn’t even wait for the conclusion of the temple to bless You.  As they saw the laying of the foundations, they already adored You, because You would conclude the good work.  We are filled with gratitude that You allow us to glorify You!
