Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. Matthew 9:35

One of the many missions Jesus fulfilled was that of an evangelist. The Master went to all the towns and villages in Israel to give people the most beautiful news they could hear: the Kingdom of God was coming. With this, they would be forgiven of their sins, healed of their infirmities and delivered from all sorts of spiritual torment. He was tireless in His mission, setting us the example to do the same!

Today, Christ still wants to travel around all the cities of the world, big and small, in order to give everyone the opportunity to come to know God. This work is done through those who have already tasted heavenly love and feel the divine call to take the Word of Salvation to the lost, freeing them from physical and spiritual evils. We too must act like Jesus, for this is why we received His Spirit.

The sad thing is that some people that were prepared to be blessings have been deceived by the lies of the devil, and today they are living terrible setbacks in all areas of life. Why did they do that? Why did they accept the devil´s offerings and turned their backs to the Savior? Can´t they see that they are on the way to the irreversible eternal damnation? We will have these answers only on the Day of Judgment.

Jesus taught the difference between good and evil, showing everyone that He came to give us life in abundance, while the devil came to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10). The Master also showed the difference between the religious people and the doers of the Word. In His days, there was an elite claiming to be God’s representative, but in truth they had no authority to forgive sins, heal the sick, and deliver the oppressed. However, they had political power to dominate people and enslave them.

After teaching the difference between good and evil, Christ preached the Gospel of the Kingdom. When people understood what God wanted to do for them and in them, Jesus used divine power and healed their infirmities and diseases. There is no difference between what He did and what He told us to do, but amazingly, it is difficult to meet people who really follow His steps. Why? Only the Bible explains that!

Not only did Christ´s disciples learn from Him, but they also heard Him say that they should cast out devils, heal the sick, and do the whole work (Mark 3: 14-15). Thus, they shook the entire world during their days. The same thing will happen today if we leave aside the doctrines of men and teach the Gospel – the Good News – as Jesus did. Then, we will see the same wonders happening under our ministry. He who believes sees the glory of God (John 11:40)!

How about truly believing in the Most High, forsaking the world of sin, of lies and deceit? Surrendering to God is everyone’s duty. You can also be a channel of blessings. Therefore, fulfill the Lord’s last command, for He promised to use your life for the sake of humanity.

In Christ, with love,

God! It is good to know that we can do the same works that Jesus did in His days on Earth, leading people to know the Truth and to live like your Son. That's what the world needs!

Unfortunately, we have seen many people practicing things that have nothing to do with Your Word and make others follow them. Of course You did not change and You never will change, but whoever does such things surely have other interests!

Lord, restore the ministry initiated by Jesus, so that all may learn to respect and love You, be forgiven of their sins, healed of their diseases and freed from all forms of oppression of the kingdom of darkness. Send the workers of the Gospel!
