Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel: Because you despise this word, And trust in oppression and perversity, and rely on them, Isaiah 30.12

There are periods in the life of the one who has gone astray that he feels the Holy Spirit, when the Word still speaks to his heart, and the will to turn to God is so great that he is even moved. As the days go by, even though the Lord speaks to his heart, the cooling off is greater. God declares: [...] My Spirit shall not strive with man forever [...] (Genesis 6.3). Woe to those who face this situation, for Judgment will come! (Proverbs 29.1).

Before God strikes the gavel, as the auctioneer or the judges on Earth do, turn to Him. Get out of the wrong path; otherwise, the end of the road will be the abyss, where you will fall until the end of everything. Whoever does not return to God in life, after falling into this abyss, will continue to fall. It is better to return now and confess your sins, to be forgiven and reinserted in the divine family!

Whoever rejects the Word of reconciliation sent by the Father, if he does not truly repent, in trillions times trillions of years from today, will not escape eternal punishment. To despise the Creator is the greatest mistake that many make. Without a doubt, everything He says is for our well-being. So be wise and obey the Lord’s commandments, for they are good for us!

After talking to the rich young man who wanted to know how to proceed in order to inherit eternal life, Jesus saw him withdraw sadly, and after two thousand years, if he did not repent in life, he will be living in the fire that will never be quenched (Mark 10.17-22). Christ said that there was only one thing left for him to guarantee salvation: to sell his possessions and give them to the poor, but the young man preferred perdition.

Why trust in oppression if it will entangle those who give themselves to it? When condemned for it, a person will have no friends who will think about helping him get free. Oppression is an agent of Hell that comes to kill, steal, and destroy. So don’t pay any attention to its cries. With Jesus, you will have a better future, but without Him, you will never be free from the devil’s bonds!

Whoever gives himself over to wickedness will have the Lord as his opponent. Now, being a child of God, how can one consciously ally himself with the evil one, who only wants to harm the saved? We were created to love the Lord above all things and our neighbor as ourselves (Mark 12.29-31). The man who is not in the hands of the enemy is able to fulfill the commands of Heaven, but the one who is under the power of darkness is a prisoner of the devil.

The mistake of the lost is to reject the Word and trust in wickedness with their “friends,” and thus rely on these works. God will judge all those who allow themselves to be led astray by the evil one, and will send them to eternal punishment, from which they will never escape (Revelation 21.8). Be wise and avoid Satan’s traps. Save yourself!
