Wherever He entered, into villages, cities, or the country, they laid the sick in the marketplaces, and begged Him that they might just touch the hem of His garment. And as many as touched Him were made well. Mark 6:56

And Jesus’ fame began to spread and wherever He went all were waiting for Him. This is what will happen in the world, when believers are in the Lord and His words are in them.  Then they will ask what they want and everything will be done accordingly.  However, as long as the saved see no need to be consecrated to the Almighty and truly do His will, the Almighty will not be able to use them as He desires.

Where are those people ready to do the Word of Jesus that says: Those that believe in me will also do the works that I do (John 14:12). They are in the churches but they have to be perfect in holiness and fear of God.  As long as the Church acts like a religious club nothing will happen.  Our righteousness has to exceed greatly that of the scribes and Pharisees, or we will not enter the Kingdom of God.  We must practice the Word and not only hear them. 

The challenge awaits people that will live normally but always consecrated to the Lord.  This is the difference and not the way of dress or the rules of do and don’t which have nothing to do with the Truth.  The world weeps and decays more and more, because wonderful people are lost in various forms of prostitution, corruption, wrong doings, lies and devilish schemes.  Wake up, brother! We will have to be accountable for what we did or did not do in favor of the divine plan. 

King David is a good example of one who fulfilled the will of the Most High; after all, he never lost one battle.  From youth, he sought the Lord in the right way, and not like those of his days, who would allow themselves to be led astray by the events around them.  When you decide to serve God, He will teach you how to proceed. Certainly, the heavenly Father is seeking this kind of people among the many who go to His house.  Would you be one of the candidates?

In Gennesaret, the Master was recognized as He left the boat, and the crowds of people began to take their sick and other suffering ones in cots to be healed.  Wherever He might be found, they pleaded to Him to allow them to at least touch His garments, in order to be healed and it happened that they were healed.  The secret is to take the afflicted to Jesus and have them touch the border of Christ’s garment to be restored.

The day will come when we will see this again on a larger scale; however, our generation must consecrate itself to live in holiness before the Lord.  This way, our descendants will have a good platform to reach the point God has to have us reach for Him to work powerfully.  Many people around the whole world will be truly converted when they see the people of God enjoying their new life in Christ. The Father cannot use those who do the will of the devil. 

Not much effort is needed to be used to fulfill the divine plan; one must only be called to live in consecration.  Certainly the Holy Spirit will not use those that are in sin.  Also, it is necessary and essential to understand who we are and what we can in Christ.  To God be the glory!
