Why did Jesus teach using parables? The Master used metaphors to help His listeners understand the meaning of His revelations. Everything He said made sense, and yet they did not understand that these directions could change their lives for the better. A similar situation has been happening to us. We need to understand what the Lord tells us; otherwise, we will not receive what we need.
Only by being enlightened by the Almighty will we be free from anguish and misery in our soul. Without God’s presence, what we have left is confusion and despair. Don’t be deceived by pretty words. If you are far from Jesus, your future will be very sad. Only faith in Christ delivers us from evil. He is our strength!
The person who doesn’t understand the Lord’s statements is in bigger trouble than he thinks he is. The only way to get rid of the forces of evil is to surrender to God. Thus, you will have your understanding enlightened by the Word. As long as there is darkness in your heart, you will not be delivered from evil. So, allow yourself to be used according to the Scriptures, and light will be born within you.
If only we could live before God all day long! Then we would never stop learning from Him. The fact that we do not seek the Lord means that we do not have the ability to understand what He says. Surely, He has so much to say about us that He can surprise anyone who thought they understood all that they could enjoy while He was here (Jer 33.3). Our potential in Christ is unimaginable.
Solomon was the wisest man in this world, but when he died, there was still much that he didn’t even think he could enjoy. The same is true for people used by the Lord in any area. As they seek the presence of God, their eyes are opened, and they discover how much they were missing. It is best to sit at the feet of Christ, as Mary did (Luke 10.39).
Jesus created all things, obeying the commands of the Father. When He came to do the divine will as a man, He said that He accomplished nothing by Himself. The Father showed Him how to act: I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me (John 5.30). Mirror yourself on this example, and the Lord will use you also!
In parables, or behind what is written, the holy God will show you things that you can’t even imagine being able to do. So, it is worth dedicating yourself to the One who created the heavens and the earth, learning about being an instrument in the hands of the Almighty, just as Jesus was. The world needs you to be led by the Almighty!
In Christ, with love,

God of complete understanding! We need to learn from You, to make us the blessing that the world needs. Otherwise, we will never be useful in Your harvest. Bless our minds, Father!
We should absorb Your teachings and obey Your purposes. This will do us and the people around us good. We are commanded to do the works that Your Son did. This commandment came from Your kind and merciful heart.
We approach You, for we want to fulfill Your will. Give us the necessary enlightenment. In this way, we will follow Your precepts with wisdom and anointing, coming from Your precious hands. It's good to trust in You! Thank You, God!
