We know Jesus in many ways: through the Word who depicts the Savior and His works to us, through the joy in our heart as we hear the Gospel and with the certainty of what He can and wants to do for us and through what He does, healing and delivering us. Therefore it is impossible to say we do not know the Father. As we contemplate the Son, we we see Him manifesting through Him and loving us.
Even through nature we can know Him: in the perfection of colors, perfume and purpose of flowers. We receive this knowledge even through the delicate and yet simple digestive system which makes our body receive the necessary nutrients from food ingredients. God’s presence is constant in our midst but many still reject Him. This is what causes the suffering in people.
The Creator warns us: Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4). Those that neglect the Scriptures drag themselves through life until their life comes to an end. Then, without hope, they take their first steps toward the abyss where never again they will have the opportunity to enjoy happiness with God. The harmful damage entails the loss of blessings and eternal suffering.
Why did God send His only Son to the world? He was humiliated, imprisoned, whipped and killed at the cross. Jesus loved us in a manner that cannot be described and came to change our destiny. Those who are reluctant to accept the Truth, while persisting in error in the eyes of the One who is pure and holy, will regret it. Unfortunately it will be too late. Mercy!
We know the Almighty in the life of the Christ. He is to be magnified more than we can think or understand because He obeyed orders that the Father gave so that everything would be fulfilled in the spiritual and physical world. He is omniscient and obedient to the designs of the Lord. To the Master, it was easy to stand in the boat and calm the storm. Knowing all things and having all the power, the storm had to obey Him (Matthew 8:26).
One day while He was hungry, Christ sought fruit from the fig tree (Mark 11:13). Even though it was not the season for fruit, that tree had the obligation to recognize Him as Creator. If it were inclined to give Him fruit, His power through the tree would make it produce the best fig in the world. But the tree would not execute to His order. Consequently Jesus said that nobody would ever eat of any fruit from it and the tree dried up instantly (verses14, 20).
Make it your plan and objective to know the Savior and surprise yourself! The moment that the Scriptures touch your heart, you will see that there is abundance in Him (John 10:10). Then you will exclaim: “This is what I needed and hadn’t realized”.
In Christ, with Love,

Lord in the Highest! It is wonderful to know You through Jesus, Your only and true Son. We always speak of His work and love in saving us, but the most important blessing we receive from Him is to know and to enjoy You.
We want to live the love that Jesus showed through our redemption. We also desire to know more about You. We belong to You! We came through Your hands! When our life here is over we will return to You. Your plan for man is more than perfect.
When we reach the most beautiful gift of knowing Your son, we will declare that we know You. We will then be satisfied throughout eternity. Our struggles will cease and You will be loved by us. Thank You for putting us on the way!
