We have yet to understand all that we receive in salvation that we have in Lord Jesus. It is clearly announced and by it we are invited to participate in the abundant life brought by Christ (John 10:10). This greater blessing removes us from the dominion of the devil and brings us into the Kingdom of God. In it we are freed from the authority of Hell forever.
Paul’s greeting to the saved represent more than pleasant words. This simple act makes us remember God’s move working in us, by faith. This divine act, which removed us from the empire of darkness never ceases to act in our life, is available to all that accept the Savior and is made to manifest every time we believe in the Word. The key is to trust in what the Lord says!
As he mentions divine grace, the apostle reveals much more than we can think or understand. It is much more than an undeserved favor. Through this move on God’s part, we are healed of infirmities, we are delivered from any problem and are inspired to do the same as the Lord. God is great!
The schemes of divine actions are very simple: by grace we are saved, through faith that comes from hearing the Word (Romans 10:17; Ephesians 2:8). We must understand that our relatives have also been gifted with this blessing. Now one must only believe and demand that the devil remove his clutches from them. Even though some are reluctant to accept the message of the Gospel, in very little time, one by one will confess Jesus as Lord and Savior.
Once we enter into the family of God we receive the peace of Christ. This happens in the moment of salvation, so that we are not taken by the enemy from one side to the other. With it, we don’t despair at all and we don’t carry out foolish or sinful decisions. Yes, in the world we will have tribulation (John 16:33). However, since we are clothed with grace, we can live as if the disturbances did not afflict us. The peace of the Lord surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Both grace and Peace offered by Paul in his greetings are reminders that they are not found in the world. Only those that invoke the Name of the Lord and are saved obtain these two divine virtues. In grace we find the power to win battles and in peace nothing the enemy can do will disturb or unsettle us. As all gifts they must be sought.
Grace and Peace come from God our Father and from Jesus. They are offered to those who are born again in Christ. For having their roots in the Most High Father and in His Son, they will never ever be defeated by any force from the kingdom of darkness. On receiving them, their attitudes will be of those who know themselves and what can be done. With them and in them you rest peacefully in the Lord.
In Christ, with Love,

God! Since the day that Your Son defeated the devil, divesting him of the power he had stolen from man, Your grace has been over humanity. This is why we preach the Gospel so that all who believe in the works of the Lord can be saved.
We can face the enemy with determination and expel him from our path, as well as from the lives of those who decide to belong to Jesus. His blood will purify each one that receives Him as their Savior. Your grace saves and redeems us.
We need Your Peace in order to not be led back to the kingdom of evil. In Christ we have full remission from our sins. With Your grace and peace, we can say that we shall not lack anything. Amen!
