Make haste, O God, to deliver me! Make haste to help me, O Lord!     Psalm 70.1

This prayer of King David is the type of prayer the Lord delights in answering, for it was done according to divine will. The fact that it is registered in the Bible means that all those who go through some difficult situation can cry out and receive the answer. It shows that David was certain that his petition would be answered, because he prayed over what God had spoken to his heart.

When you are going through some tribulation, or when you sense temptation coming near, cry out to the Lord, don’t leave it for later. If you lose divine touch, you will be responsible for the suffering in your life. Do not allow anything to envelop you or make you fall in the traps of the evil one, because your experience will be too difficult. If he pressures you, you will see that it was not good to despise the offer from God.

The purpose of the Most High is to deliver you from the lies of the devil. After analyzing you, the enemy prepares a trap to lock you up and have you in his hands. Now, the Lord, who is Omniscient, does not want us to live under the actions of the one who is perverse, but He wants us to be under His love. Once he knew this, David did not waste time and prayed to be helped. So do the same!

It is madness not to give the due importance to the words of the Lord. When you let the enemy use you, pretending you didn’t understand the message, you have broken the wall of protection around you, and so, the demon can afflict you. The way out is for you to cry out, confessing your error, whether it was intentional or not, being truthful and believing you have been forgiven. When you fulfill what you have been commanded, besides being blessed, you also please the Father.

Do not give peace to your heart until you have had an encounter with the Lord, who is merciful. You need more of God than you can imagine; however, it is not enough to think you are okay with Him. It is necessary to have Him as Savior and do His will. Cling to all understanding He gives you through the Word; thus, you will have Him forever by your side and you will enjoy the blessings.

Take advantage of the offer and ask God to make haste in delivering you, for, since deep calls unto deep, if you leave it for tomorrow it can be too late. See where you have fallen and confess everything to the Lord. Afterwards, stand firm in faith and do not give in to any other thing, but only to the teaching of the Bible. Those who listen to the Word are able to hear the Most High. By doing this, faith will arise in your heart and you will have authority from on High.

Any successful work of the devil in your life shows that you have fallen for some time, and because of that, he was able to seduce you to the point of having you act just like he wanted. God wants and can erase your sin right now, if you confess it and abandon it. Therefore, do not waste time, because the Lord rushed to rescue you. The Most High anxiously aspires to change your destiny, but the decision is yours.

In Christ, with love,

Oh God! Many times, we don’t pay attention to Your Word, and then, temptation comes and we err. Actually, we had already fallen when we did not listen to You, but now, we need Your deliverance. Help us!

Make haste, Lord, to deliver this soul that prays, and in repentance, pleads for Your forgiveness and for an opportunity to go back to communion. Thus, they will not stumble anymore, and the enemy will not touch them.

Deliverance is what we ask for, and thus, we beseech Your favor. Then, no matter how much Your rebuke might hurt us, it will be a favor we will never reject. Make haste, oh Lord, is rescuing us! Father, we love You!
