He did not let anyone follow him except Peter, James and John the brother of James Mark 5:37

Jesus knew what would happen in His journey to the house of Jairus, for God always showed Him what He would do; thus, the Master could do the same (John 5:18,19). As to us, the Most High will never fail to keep His promises. Even if we don’t see anything good happening, we must abide in faith, because the Holy Spirit will teach us what is lacking and what we are to do for Him to work in our favor. 

Man´s most insane act is to not listen to the Lord. Now, everything is uncovered and laid before His eyes (Hebrews 4:13). Because He knows our needs, He reveals us how to proceed to come out of a crisis, to be healed and solve problems. Therefore, do like the woman who was bleeding, who said: “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed” (Matthew 9:21), and she was healed! 

We must despise the words of the religious and believe the divine declarations. This will deliver us from evil that strikes our body and mind. The Most High shows us His will and works in our favor. Those of God know how and when to pray. Therefore, when they ordain, they are healed. Assume your place as a conqueror in Christ. 

Jesus succeeded in His mission because of His fellowship with the Father. The same will happen to those who are in the Word and allow It to be in them. Christ said that if we remain in Him, and His words remain in us, we could ask anything we wanted, and it would be done (John 15:7). Strive to live this truth. Thus, when you pray, you will be answered. This is the secret. 

There are cases when we have to be alone with God, because even family members that agree somewhat with the Bible can hinder us. When Jabirus’ servants said the girl had died, so he should not bother the Master anymore, Jesus gave this man the formula on how to carry out divine work: “Don´t be afraid, just believe” (Mark 5:36). He didn’t allow anyone else to follow Him. 

Only Peter, John and James went with Jesus to Jabirus’´ home. Jesus would resurrect the girl, but other people’s curiosity or opinions could prevent the miracle from taking place. There are times we have to say no to all those who want to see the Lord. Because they don’t have enough spiritual formation, they can be like stumbling stone. To live in the presence of the Most High will make you realize the moment to forbid people from coming near you. 

Seek to read the Scriptures and take part in services, be interested in hearing God´s voice. Meditate in what is ministered from the pulpit and study what came to your heart from the Father. The enemy even uses family members to say that you should do this or that, but answer only to the Lord. Remain steadfast in Him!
