24/12/2017 - A MAN CALLED SIMEON

And behold, there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon, and this man was just and devout, waiting for the Consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. Luke 2:25

There are many things that are splendidly sublime to us, and one of them is to be declared by the Almighty as righteous and God-fearing.  Those who are so called are filled with the Holy Spirit.  Certainly, as we are baptized in the Spirit, we receive the power and authority to fulfill the mission that was given us by the Lord.  The devil can only defeat the person who does not believe in what God says that the person can do.  Know this: to fulfill the divine plan is an important responsibility you have.

The righteous leave no breaches for the enemy, because their righteousness works like armor, preventing the devil from entering their lives.  They are always guarded and kept by the Guard of Israel, of the Church.  It would be wonderful if all churches were filled with people like these, for as we have demonstrated, as they understand and respect divine will, they cannot be touched by the devil, and they use the divine power in their own benefit and for that of others that are saved.  Be a real righteous one!

Those that revere and respect the Almighty are crucial to the lost, which need to be interested in the Gospel.  Their testimony of the righteous is more significant when people notice how they then when they speak. Now, the demeanor of a righteous person, the way they dress up, the way they interact with others is highly appreciated by the lost, which causes the latter to desire to be like the righteous.

The consolation of Israel has occurred, but many have not noticed or perceived what was carried out in behalf of Peace for humanity, and for this reason are led astray by doctrines that can do nothing.  It is necessary to live the work of the Cross at Calvary; subsequently, the enemy will neither hinder nor harm you.  As you learn and know your authority in Christ, you will never submit yourself to the enemy and will be a winner in fact.

The consolation of the Church includes the deliverance of the servants of the Almighty from the hands of Satan.  So, as not to be used by the devil, the saved must follow the example of old Simeon, who clung to what he felt in the Lord, believing in the promise.  Simeon knew that God would send His Son to redeem His people, and for a long time he waited patiently for this to be fulfilled.  As he felt the sacred touch, he declared his satisfaction and to be ready to go to Heaven.

Whoever has the Holy Spirit always has a word seasoned with salt and, thanks to this, is welcome everywhere.  The righteous always find solutions to all sorts of problems due to the fact that they live in the presence of the

Most High.  Seek then to practice God’s righteousness and you will be sent to many places to do good and heal the oppressed.  The Lord is with the righteous, which are like salt, avoiding the degradation of life.

God wants to fill His people with the Holy Spirit, so that they can be true witnesses of Jesus, practicing the same things Jesus had done.  With this understanding, be filled with the Spirit of God and be a blessing prepared by Him in a suffering world.

In Christ, with love,

R. R. Soares

Father! Your people can’t live without Your Spirit, so we desire this anointing for all our brothers.  This way, we will live better and be more productive in Your work, taking Your love and Your glory to all.

With Your Spirit, we will understand the Scriptures and have the power to do what was ordained for us to do.  This way, all the lost will seek You.  That there may  not remain one saved without the promised anointing.  This is necessary for the Savior to have the full and true testimony.

That the redemption of Your people be understood by all peoples.  That there be no rebels to slight or disdain Your desire! Then when Jesus returns, all will ascend to live by Your side fore ever!  Grant us this!
