Surely the righteous shall give thanks to Your name; the upright shall dwell in Your presence.  Psalm 140.13

Those who are saved need to learn how to be firmer in their convictions. Sometimes they act like children who are not sure of what they want. The Bible was written for us, Christians, so that we could learn our rights and exercise them. It is a manual for those who want to be successful in everything. Therefore, do not accept the devil’s lies; rather, take possession of your position in Christ, and you will have abundance in your life.

David felt that he should pray for the Lord not to grant the desires of the wicked. The Lord will never ignore the prayers of those who are faithful in loving him. But, he who strays from his Word and does not fear God will receive no answer from the Almighty. The wicked is a servant of the devil, therefore his evil schemes will never be successful. As a member of the Body of Christ and as a child of God, you must never let the wicked succeed in his attacks against you.

It may be that the devil has surrounded you completely. If his head is exalted, he does that to humiliate you and make you suffer. What you need to do is ordain that the evil of the lips of the wicked be used to cover his bad intentions. Do not allow any of the devil’s plans to be carried out in your life. Has he sent you afflictions, temptations and assorted problems? Rebuke all evil and send it away.

God is ready to make burning coals fall upon the demons used to torment you and to bring you sorrow. Ask the Lord to hear your prayer, and you will see that the devil’s plans will be frustrated. You can make a rain of fire fall upon the enemy, ensuring that he is not only defeated but also that he will never rise again. God will cast the wicked into the eternal fire.

Do not let a slanderer be established in your land. What God has given you is great, but if the wicked becomes established in your land, part of it—or all of it—will become unproductive. You must not give up your right, which is not transferable. Those who allow the devil to use them end up finding out that the same evil that uses them will hunt them down. Pray for these people, brethren!

The Lord will maintain the cause of the afflicted. Therefore, do not allow the person who is attacking you to remain in the hands of the oppressor. Stand firm in faith and refrain from anger, lest you bring a curse upon the person who is being used to harm you. Make of the Lord your strength and your help. Once you do that, you will never be put to shame. Claim your right, because the Lord will honor everything he said concerning you.

Then you will be able to praise the holy name of the Lord and dwell in his presence. That is the formula that God has given to bless all those who believe in his Word. That is the secret that will turn you into a blessed person. You will triumph, as long as you act in accordance with that which the Word tells you.
