Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.

II Timothy 2: 19

The Lord God is The One who has always had the good foundation – being The Truth Himself – He’ll never say anything unreal or fake. There are no deceit or dark sides in The Most High so His Words must always be taken as certain and true. His principles are The Rock upon which a wise person may build up their life. Standing firm in IT, however the wind might be blowing against them and raindrops falling on their heads and even if a strong river flow is gushing against a faithful believer’s course they will not drown or fall.

There’s no way whatsoever for the foundation of God to be ever denied. According to His determinations all things were created by Him out of nothing; by His wisdom He created the Heavens and stretched them out, and also all the other existing things (Isaiah 42: 5). And that’s the reason why, as we get to know about the divine character we must take to building our life based on Him since, being established in the unchangeable and solid foundation, we can now face and overcome any storm with no hesitation.

The foundation mentioned in the biblical verse above is standing firm and has the following seal: The Lord knows those who are His. Thus, for us to overcome any circumstance we need nothing else since God knows, assists, keeps and strengthens His children and He also fights on their behalf. Bearing that revelation in mind you can tell your despair, your weeping, the uncertainty you might be feeling and everything that might be bothering you right now to get out of your life so they won’t dominate you any longer. Do not let the enemy drive you towards defeat!

According to Apostle Paul such seal represented an irrevocable assurance. He was absolutely sure that The Lord knew him to perfection and for that reason – whenever he needed assistance the most – he knew he could count on His Father’s help. That’s why he confessed that he could do all things since God strengthened him (Philippians 4: 13). And the same goes for you. If, on one hand, the devil insists on trying to make you go through suffering, on the other hand, there is The Omnipotent One who has already made His seal available to you.

So, don’t let yourself be defeated by any temptation! Stand up right now and take your stand as a winner. The Heavenly Father knows you very well; therefore, you mustn’t give the devil the little pleasure of catching you up in his filthy lies. God created you to become one of those people destined to attain victory and not as someone of a lower rank, untrained and unqualified to enjoy the best things of life.

Nevertheless, if you have not given yourself to Jesus yet and if you haven’t accepted Him as your Saviour and Lord it means that you still don’t belong to Him. Now, wouldn’t this very moment be the most appropriate one for you to attain salvation? As you become a child of God you won’t have to face any unsolved problems any longer!

Paul finishes off his recommendations to Timothy by saying that anybody who speaks out the Name of Christ is expected to turn away from iniquity. That’s a quite basic requirement for God not to be prevented from putting His power at work on behalf of His children. Therefore, right now, you ought to look into your life and see if there’s something wrong in it and, with faith and determination, you ought to confess everything to The Lord and ask Him for forgiveness. Thus, you’ll be made known by Him and your life will never be the same.

In Christ, with love,
