Praise the LORD! Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who delights greatly in His commandments.

Psalm 112:1

God must be praised for everything: for our lives, for the air we breathe, for our minds, briefly, for all the good things that He prepared for us. We are His dream and we – the converted ones – have reached the position of being His children. That position was conquered neither by a decree nor because The Lord realized He needed us, but indeed by the fact that He loves us so much that He gave His only Son to die in our instead (John 3:16). Therefore, those who receive Jesus as their Savior stay free forever of eternal doom and become part of the divine family.

Now, assuming that position, we must not allow the devil to fill our hearts with pride and, this way, begin despising those who are not saved. We need to be careful not to avoid the lost people that God puts on our way! He does that because He loves the sinner and us. To the lost ones He will give salvation and to us the rewards. The Most High cares a lot about the lost ones otherwise they would not survive. For that reason we, the saved ones, have to seek, from the Lord, the wisdom to take the knowledge of the Most High to those who lie in the darkness.

The greatest blessing that we get from the Heavens, after salvation, is that of fearing the Lord. That makes us avoid sin, despise the devil’s offerings and love the Lord with all our heart. Loving God is about having His commandments and keeping them (John 14:21). Those who receive the divine commandments and obey them find out that the barns of the Lord are packed of endless blessings waiting for the faithful. Those who fear Him will be successful in everything they do.

It is not enough to have the commandments and to fulfill them. In fact, those who really want to be happy need to pray and to make an effort to have great pleasure in what the Lord tells them to do. Those who do the work of God carelessly and let themselves be carried away by greedy reasons as they do the work commanded by The Father will find out that they have served the devil and not God.

How can a person, with a filthy purpose in mind, talk about God to someone else? It is written that cursed is the one who does the work of the Lord recklessly (Jeremy 48:10). Those who fear the Lord become very successful because they consecrate their lives to The Father, The Word dwells in their hearts, and they strive to please the Most High in everything. They are never forsaken and, when they pray, they are answered.

In Christ, with love,
