Do not keep silent, O God of my praise! Psalm 109:1

Satan is always declaring evil things about us and threatening us to believe in him. Things are different with our Lord; so if we believe in Him, we will take hold of what is ours. We must never forget that everything the devil says are lies (Jo. 8:44); the devil has this attitude of idlers; however, what the Lord says changes any situation around. So you should ask the Lord to tell you what He has in store for you.

David calls the Lord as the God of his praise, because he had many experiences with the Lord that caused him to worship. Now, if you are not experiencing the goodness of God, how can you say that He is good? It is as if you talked to your friends about me, saying: “Dr. Soares is the most generous man, because he supports an orphanage of a thousand kids; he is the best in certain sport, etc.” I wouldn’t like to hear those lies, and neither does the Lord.

How can you praise the Lord most high – to declare His virtues – if you don’t know them and have never experienced them in your life? Begin to take hold of what He speaks to you; this way you will praise Him for what He has been doing. Your faith will grow with time, and you will start acting just like king David did before he went to battle. The psalmist knew he shouldn’t be afraid, even if an army surrounded him; therefore, he asked the Lord to not keep silent.

False lips speak lies about others, and they are full of fraud. The liar tongue will always refer to you as a worthless person, someone who will never be victorious for innumerous reasons. But this is not true, it is something that the enemy articulates just to keep you from being the Lord’s dream. Wake up, for the devil is a liar.

You must ask the Lord to direct your life and help you to listen to His voice, for what the enemy speaks is nothing but lies. Satan is surrounding you with hatred, and this will affect you negatively if you give ears to it. Even when he doesn’t have a reason, he wants to hurt you. The sons of God should be wise and pay attention to this, for many are being deceived by Satan’s lies. Don’t believe anything the devil says.

Ask the Lord to prophecy on your behalf, and to give you words that will lift you up and lead you to assume your place in Christ. Whatever the Lord most high speaks about you is what He expects from you. Therefore, prepare yourself to change your life completely. With the Word that shall be sent down to you, you will never be the same again. The prophecies that God will say about you shall break all the curses that the enemy tries to prepare.
