As he loved cursing, so let it come to him; as he did not delight in blessing, so let it be far from him.

Psalm 109: 17

Those who neither read The Word of God nor act according to ITS teachings are missing loads of opportunities. Some people think their actions have no influence on their lives whatsoever but the truth is quite a different one. Fatalists are altogether fooled considering that our attitudes determine whether we’ll be blessed or not. Therefore, those who don’t watch their words are actually giving room to evil – those who aren’t careful with their attitudes and also those who don’t fulfil the divine commandments.

Biblically speaking, loving God is about fulfilling His Word (John 14: 21) and not men’s words which always express their own desires. Satan’s main goal is for us to be cursed and for us to get entangled in error because that’s how he’ll get us caught up in his clutches. To conquer us he’s capable of doing whatever it takes and then suffering comes.

The devil manages to make many people cherish cursing. They let themselves be possessed by the lies of the enemy and, with time, they’ll accept the disease which is affecting them or any other misfortune as something normal. As some people believe that evil has its source in The Most High as well they tend to give in to their suffering; and that’s the reason why the curse remains in their lives.

You have to absolutely rebuke all those declarations not backed up by The Scriptures, which don’t come from our Father. Don’t give our adversary the slightest chance to conquer not even an inch of room in your life considering that everything that comes from him is worthless and it’s not to be accepted. Therefore, if you’ve been lured by the devil in thinking all your suffering is coming from The Lord you ought to ask Him for forgiveness because if you don’t you’ll continue being under the control of the enemy whose main mission is nothing but perpetrating murder, robbery and destruction (John 10: 10a).

This is a Law from God: that which you love you will receive! That means that if you accept the cursing and do nothing for it not to remain in your life sooner or later you’ll become a servant of the devil and he’ll complete his destruction plan. So, be strong, holy and fearless as you go for your rights concerning the life in abundance which Jesus Christ came to bring to His children. Open up your eyes because you’ll become that very thing you believe in.

One needs to desire one’s blessing; and to do so you ought to engage in the promises of God and pray for them to be fulfilled in your life. Don’t allow any negative thought to take hold of your mind. Take a close look to what the servants of The Lord did in the biblical days and follow suit considering that they pleased God for the choices they made.

If, however, you won’t desire such divine blessing it will go away from you. So, in that case, who will make you company? Don’t allow any negative thoughts to envelop you. On the contrary, you have to make the promises of The Most High become your dearest desires ever. Pray over them and even though their fulfilment in your life might seem impossible you must believe. This is the way you’ll see the glory of God (John 11: 40)!
