And not in any way terrified by your adversaries, which is to them a proof of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that from God.

Philippians 1:28

Christians who are not very well acquainted with the Scriptures are surprised by the evil acts committed by those who resist the truth. This happens all over the world because the devil causes people to act in this way. Despite being defeated by the Lord Jesus, the enemy continues to deceive those who do not seek in the Lord the protection they need to be free from the action of the prince of darkness.

We are warned not to be terrified by what those who resist the Gospel say. Their resistance is not a whim, but rather an operation of the spirit of error. Satan strives to keep his subjects in his dirty hands. He causes sin to take over their hearts for them to resist the Truth. Moreover, the evil one gives them the gift of gab so that they can fool even the most hallowed.

Do not be surprised by the apparent progress of those who do not know Jesus as the Lord of the living and the dead. Note that this is part of the enemy\’s strategy to keep them in spiritual ignorance. In order to win the lost, you have to devote your life to the Word and prayer. There is no other way to bring deliverance to the subjects of Satan but to believe in the Scriptures and pray.

Be aware because the empire of perdition teaches its preys to be cunning and deceptive, so we should not be surprised at what they do. There are cases in which these people fall madly in love with the one being used by God. They show such appreciation and love that if the servant of the Lord is not firm he or she runs the risk of falling prey to seduction.

There is a war being waged in the spiritual regions between good and evil. This war is waged by each individual. All men are part of this battle: even the least favored, the most timid and those that have an outer appearance that according to the secular standards will never have any appreciation of the world. God wants to bless them just like any other people, but the devil wants to prey on them, just as he does with the famous and charming people.

In his effort to keep people in sin, Satan tries to prove that serving God is a waste of time, that it is best to enjoy the prime of life; however, for us who have been enlightened by the Truth, this is sheer diabolical deception. Our battle is to bring every soul – regardless of their appearance or the education they might have achieved – to the full knowledge of the Truth. Doing good to someone is doing it to Jesus.

Our faith comes from God and, therefore, it will lead us to complete success. Therefore, abide by the Lord\’s command. One day the faithful will be received in Heaven by the King of kings and Lord of lords. It is worth belonging to God!
