He rules by His power forever; His eyes observe the nations; Do not let the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah  Psalm 66:7

This verse brings us three truths.  The first speaks to us of the power of our God, who governs eternally. His dominion by love will never end.  Sin deceives the person who gives into it, living in dissolution.  In the end of his days, when he is no longer able to stumble, he will see as the worst the choice that he made.  The saved on the other hand will live with the Lord forever.

Sin did not interfere in the least with God’s control. Due to Adam’s foolish madness, man started to live far from the Creator, being oppressed by the devil night and day.  However, the Lord did not leave us completely under the command of the enemy, and prevented him from annihilating us.  Since Jesus’s death on the cross, we were redeemed.

The Almighty rules by His power, the same that Jesus said that we would receive as and when the Holy Spirit descended onto us (Acts 1:8). Having accepted Christ as Lord and Savior and having been baptized by the Holy Spirit, you are the one who must prevail entirely over your being – soul, body and spirit.  For this reason you must deject and reject filthy and evil thoughts from your mind, and you must remove illness and sickness and pain from your body as well as any other works of the devil in your spirit.

The second truth is: the eyes of the Most High are over all nations (Proverbs 15:3). God sees what is going on in your life each instant, and because he is Omniscient, He not only observes but also has the answers and solutions for you to be a blessing for yourself and for others.  So remain steadfast before all temptations and don’t let the devil invade or use your territory.  Be a dwelling place of God (Ephesians 2:22).

The devils and demons are angels that did not preserve their original state and fell (Judas 1:6). They became these evil and monstrous beings that send sickness and other evil things on people.  They however can no longer enslave anyone, because when Jesus descended into Hell (Ephesians 4:9) He divested the principalities and powers of evil of their power that they had stolen from man.  Now, we must reign through our Savior.  How does that sound to you?

The third revelation is: don’t let the rebels be exalted in any part of your life or being.  Guard your soul, your body and spirit for the heavenly Father.  Free yourself from improper or impure desires, vices and other evil ideas.  In your spirit, don’t allow any arrogance, pride or things contrary to virtues be cultivated or become bad habits. Only the holy, pure and loving Lord must be exalted by you in your being.  What will you make of your life?

Exalt the Lord.  He alone has this right, because He is your God. In this way, you will be the official home of Father and the Son.  Wake up!  Jesus offered Himself on the altar at Calvary to deliver and to free you from the yoke of the enemy.  All you have to do is to accept, receive and embrace Him as your Lord and Savior and don’t give the rebels any opportunity.

In Christ, with Love,

Eternal God! How wonderful, marvelous and good that You control everything! This way we can rest in Your loving and everlasting arms. You will do what is necessary to see that we are blessed, because we trust in Your protection.  You will not shrink from rising up for us!

That Your eyes may always be upon us, every moment every second.  If we are not in our best in faith, help us to exalt You and serve You, because You have all that we need.  Your face will always shine and show us how much You love us.  To You be the glory!

Only you must be magnified.  The rebels that constantly defy You will one day be eternally in the lake of fire and sulfur when they will no longer oppress those who need Truth.  We thank You for loving us and having made us Your beloved sons and daughters.
