But I tell you not to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also. Matthew 5.39

When a person is called evil, they have hit rock bottom, for when they live in evilness, nothing more can be expected of them. Unfortunately, many people feel good about disrespecting their neighbor and when they can, they reveal their character already dominated by the devil. Poor life! They don’t know how much they will suffer for eternity. For our part, there is a lot to do in favor of such lives: fighting and interceding to rescue them from the lake of fire (Jude 23).

As the Lord says, there is no point in resisting such individuals, because they will do whatever they can to go all the way in their stubbornness to take something from you. The right thing is to fulfill Christ’s command. This way, the Most High will execute His will by rescuing these lost ones. Doing good to your persecutor is like gathering coals on his head (Romans 12.20,21). One day, he or she will recognize their wrong attitudes and will be able to change for the better. The Gospel is the only way out of violence and hatred.

Whoever allows himself to be dominated by the demon of bad character doesn’t realize the consequence of his evil act, nor does he think straight. Before his eyes, there is only one road, the one he needs to use to get more and more in order to satisfy his “boss”, the devil. God’s children must be in the spirit to perceive the action of the evil one in this person and cast him out, even though fasting and prayer are necessary in order to remove such a caste of evil spirits (Mark 9.29).

It is not wrong to give in what you can; however, make it clear that your response is an obedience to Jesus’ teaching. When you put the Lord in front of you, divine power will be the most effective weapon against the enemy’s operations in human beings (2 Corinthians 10.4-6). By believing in the teachings of Jesus, you will only gain victories. Therefore, be sensitive to the revelations of the Holy Spirit through the Word, and you will win your battles. Love is stronger than death!

Whoever surrenders to the devil has no restraint in his surrender, because he has lost control of his life. But if you have the anointing from On High, no evil force will be able to resist you, as God spoke to Joshua: No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. (Joshua 1.5). So why not follow the Lord’s direction? He will guide you in love and wisdom.

God’s way of waging war is different from man’s way of acting. Notice how He guided Josaphat, king of Judah: You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem!’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you.” (2 Chronicles 20.17). The battle was the Lord’s! The results would have been different if the king had not obeyed God’s plan (v. 20-30).

Spend time examining the Scriptures (Psalms 1.1-3) and succeed. The Most High will teach you what is necessary to make you more than an overcomer (Romans 8.37). He says, Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know (Jeremiah 33.3). How about starting to cry out to God now? He is faithful always!
