You who love the LORD, hate evil! He preserves the souls of His saints; He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.

Psalm 97:10

It is very important to learn what to love God means, biblically speaking. Those who love Him are told to hate evil. There are saved people who pray to never be tempted, but this need not be done. We must pray to be freed from temptations, and it means to obtain victory over all of them, and resist all attempts of the enemy to lead us into sin. Our firm stance will cause evil to hate us.

The best way to avoid falling into temptation is to have no curiosity whatsoever about what happens to those used by the empire of darkness. When a Christian lacks common sense, he gets carried away by the enemy and takes the chance to see what might happen in certain situations. Evil is pernicious, and those who draw near it for whatever reason get contaminated. For example, if someone starts to get interested in you and you decide to see how far it can go, you are exposing yourself to temptation. The same applies to those who watch a pornographic movie just to know what stage of sin mankind has reached. The curious are playing with fire!

To opt for being a holy man or woman of God is the best thing to do. Those who keep themselves to do the divine will do not give the slightest attention to the works of darkness and therefore they are protected from any onslaught of the forces of evil because the souls of the saints are preserved by God. If the hosts of hell are attempting to take you down fiercely, pray and talk about it with the Father, who promised to save the souls of His saints. If God’s people stand firm, no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). So, let yourself be guided by the Almighty.

Those who pay no heed to the Biblical admonishments will have serious problems with the forces of darkness in that their minds are pervaded by negative, dirty, pornographic and evil thoughts. But those who are saved by the Lord have good thoughts and manage to find a way of escape for any crises; they have authority over the forces of evil. He who has unclean thoughts, who craves for what is not pure, who does what pleases the devil is actually in the enemy’s hands. If you want to be delivered, you must confess what is wrong in your life.

No saint should submit to the onslaughts of the devil. Those who really want to get rid of the enemy must cry out to the Lord God for the fulfillment of His Word, for He promised to deliver all those who are in the hands of the wicked. The Lord\’s promises were made for us to claim them.

If you have fallen into transgression and the evil arrows have reached you, examine yourself because you have certainly opened the door for the enemy to operate. If this is your case, pray and ask for forgiveness for your mistakes. In so doing, Jesus will close all the doors used by the enemy to attack you but the price of disobedience is too high.

In Christ with love,
