He impaled the body of the king of Ai on a pole and left it there until evening. At sunset, Joshua ordered them to take the body from the pole and throw it down at the entrance of the city gate. And they raised a large pile of rocks over it, which remains to this day. Joshua 8:29

When we read about extreme attitudes, such as those the Israelites took against the enemy nations, we see what the adversaries would do to God’s people if they had overcome them. This shows us how hard it will be at the Last Judgment, when many will walk toward the lake of fire and brimstone, which will last for eternity (Rev 20:15). The crying will be great, but they will have no choice but to march to the torment. Mercy!

The preaching of the Gospel is a war! Light fights darkness when millions of people are being delivered from prostitution, crime, addiction, and all kinds of deviance. We must follow the Lord’s directions, so that everything may be done as He pleases. We do not see in the spirit world the battles between the forces of good and evil, and how they occur, but the Most High knows all. .

The unclean does not forgive those who fall into their hands. His desire is to always cause the destruction of lives, lost or saved. As for the saved, the prince of this world is frustrated, because the Omnipotent does not allow him to touch the redeemed (1 John 5:18). But if we make mistakes, we give the defeated the ability to tempt us. Succumbing to temptation without regret, the consequences will come. Jesus truly and completely delivered us (Gal. 3:13); For this reason we cannot live in sin.

What happened in the wars of Israel is happening to us today in the spiritual realm. The kingdom of evil is never given up, so at all times we must watch and pray that we will not enter into temptation (Matt. 26:41). An example of this is when, among friendly couples, some undue interest arises. If someone who is being tempted not to rebuke that deceptive feeling in a short time, they could make a serious mistake. The question is why accept temptation? If this happens to you, be agile and get out of this situation!

There is only freedom for those who know the Scriptures. Unhappy are those who are led by the lies of the devil, believing that we must pray for the evil one to be converted. If there had been the slightest possibility of this, the Lord would have told us. However, this is one of the saddest mistakes to which man is subjected. The Omniscient knows what he does and says. Therefore, never add anything to or remove anything from the Holy Bible (Rev. 22: 18,19), for this will come from the devil.

Joshua liquidated the king of Ai, leaving him hanging on a tree until evening. This fact serves as a lesson to resist the temptations that come upon us. When one accepts satanic offerings to satisfy some desire, Satan is free to act, causing much suffering. Refuse everything from the infernal kingdom: lies, moral or spiritual filth or any other kind of sin.

The verse reports that Joshua commanded the body of the king of Ai to be taken from the tree and thrown to the city gate. In addition, he ordered to cover it with stones. On the spiritual level, do the same with temptation and the evils that attack you. Remember, the stone you will use will be God’s statements!

In Christ, with love,

God who can condemn eternally! We can get rid of the wicked king who comes softly, bringing desires and other evil weapons to corrupt us. Our fight is spiritual. Therefore, we must rebuke the evil and drive it out.

All that is of the enemy is now bound in the Name of Jesus and commanded to come out of our lives. We are Yours and all that is within us must bless Your holy Name. We accept no evil.

At all times, You must be glorified with our deeds in the new earth we are receiving from Your hands. In the Gospel we will sow harder to reap better fruits, such as healing, deliverance, and so forth. Amen!
