“Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,” (I Timothy 4:1)
A growth of those who depart from the faith is a reality in the latter times; those who deny the faith in Christ. Some were called to be holy, but they don’t live on the grounds of the Truth any longer. A highlighted signal that the Earth’s days are coming to an end is that the Scriptures are being faked. Deceitful spirits have succeeded to cheat quite many of our brothers in Christ; that’s the reason why demoniac doctrine has reached and dominated those lives. The only way out is to go back to the records in the Word of God.
What’s going on with those who were genuinely saved had already been foreseen, and that indicates that the biblical prophecy is indeed being fulfilled. Sadly, the church has seen many of its members departing from the faith from the beginning throughout the centuries and that quota has increased dramatically nowadays. That’s the result of the lack of fear to the Word of the Lord because the very thing IT condemns has been accepted and practiced.
Christians, people of God, are getting divorced more and more often, as well as so many other disgusting practices are being adopted by them.
The healthy doctrine isn’t being backed by some servants of God and they’re finding it too hard a load on their shoulders to live the Truth. A myriad of weird theories have been worked out and most people who should only hold on to the Word that comes out of God’s mouth (Matthew 4:4) have embraced such strange and evil doctrines. When someone loses respect for what’s written in the Scriptures the Gospel is faked at the blink of an eye to justify their error. That’s a clear sign that the coming of the Lord Jesus is right at the corner. When those deviations occur, some members of the church that aren’t aware of the biblical warnings begin praying this way: Come, Lord Jesus (Revelation 22:20). Yet, there’s a lot to do before the end comes. So, the right prayer ought to be to ask for
more wisdom; that way we’ll manage to fulfil what pleases our Father: to take salvation to the lost.
There are deceitful spirits behind apostasy; those who strive to accomplish their empty mission, and that’s precisely the reason why they succeed. So, as we were told by the Holy Spirit that would happen in the latter times, we must hold on to the Lord even further and don’t let ourselves be caught up by spirits of error in their entanglement and their deceitful deeds.
It’s easy to be delivered from demons’ doctrine. All we’ve got to do is pay no notice to the vogue, they often cause a tremendous success among people and they also corrupt those who aren’t really serving God, but they’re seeking their own glory and the applauses by men. They’re simply trying to fulfil the desires of flesh.
We’ve been warned by the Holy Spirit and excuses won’t be accepted; we won’t be able to say we didn’t know that so many horrendous things might happen and that they might contaminate us. Keep tuned to that divine warning and live from the Bread that has come down from the Heavens; that way you won’t fall.
