Also he spoke of trees, from the cedar tree of Lebanon even to the hyssop that springs out of the wall; he spoke also of animals, of birds, of creeping things, and of fish.

I Kings 4: 33

False humility is one of the mistakes committed by many children of God. Those who have an anointing are expected to share what they’ve received. Those who let themselves be carried away by any sort of attitude and not by those given to them by The Holy Spirit are actually making a huge mistake. Salomon showed that the wisdom he received from The Lord was much higher than that from all those wise men of the eastern world (I Kings 4: 3) – had he failed to write his three thousand proverbs and his one thousand and five songs (verse 32) he would have sinned.

A message coming straight from God’s heart can fully change someone’s life. Likewise, an attitude of faith might bring the divine direction to a heart which is on the verge of committing a maddening act. The main purpose of The Most High to anoint us is for us to let Him do His work through our lives. Those who fail to hand out the divine message might ultimately be found accountable for the harm they’re causing someone else – the words of Truth always manifest righteousness (Proverb 12: 17).

We were anointed to become ambassadors of The Most High. It’s true that we mustn’t be snobbish but – far from it – we have to preach The Gospel whenever an opportunity comes up. A word given under the anointing from Above is so or even more important than a physician’s assistance to a dying man. The Lord would never lead us into saying something He would never say. Yet, whatever we do faith is absolutely necessary for the divine power to operate.

Whatever your ministry – due to the fact that it was given to you by our Father – you must know that it’s necessary for many people. What would become of the world if the wise men of God shut their mouths up? How would the lost be saved if the children of The Most High did not speak about the love which was given to them through the coming of Jesus? The secret is sharing with other people those lessons we’ve been learning in The Scriptures.

Peter said to the lame who had asked him for a spare change, that he had neither silver nor gold; yet, he’d give him what he possessed. The apostle had The Word of faith and with such authority the lame was ultimately healed (Acts 3: 6). Now, that poor man who used to beg on the streets was capacitated to work from that moment on without having to wait upon anybody else’s charity. When the servants of God take hold of their position in Christ it turns out that many people are helped.

The Word put in our heart by The Lord has a purpose to assist the lost in finding the way towards Heaven. It’s also suitable to perform healing to the sick apart from assisting all those urging to be delivered from their adversities. Why is it then that a Christian goes speechless now and then and won’t speak to everybody about those wonders God can do on their behalf?

Open up your mouth and let the anointing flow! God’s given you talents for you to trade them and for you to achieve others. What will you do on the reckoning day? Don’t conceal your talent, your gifts or your expertise but try to achieve more of it! Then your reward will be enormous. False humility is never to be adopted; so, just do what He tells you to!

In Christ, with love,

R. R. Soares
