Proud, evil people think they will never be shaken. For that reason, they never seek God to make things right with Him. In their hearts, they believe that only the weak should bow before the Lord. However, when the day of being accountable for their attitudes comes, they will notice they didn’t work so the Most High would give them enough courage. God will judge those who don’t bow before His power.
Presumption that you are infallible doesn’t come from God, for He never said such a thing. Much to the opposite, the Lord says: Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall (1 Corinthians 10:12). The wicked aren’t interested in Scriptures. To them, the important thing is to do what they consider to be right, without the help of the Holy Spirit. Those who do not consider the instructions of the Most High, when they fall, won’t be able to get up again. The best thing is to follow the Lord’s instructions to not stumble again.
To trust in God is to believe in what He says and to watch out for the fulfilment of this declaration, knowing that it will be ratified in the lives of those who believe. We can’t think we’re superior to others, but if we believe in the Bible, we will be truly guarded. We can only say we’re unshakable if we’ve received such word from the Almighty God. Never be arrogant!
Who can say nothing bad will happen if we’re all equal before the Lord? If we believe, whatever He says will be confirmed, but that doesn’t mean we are safe from the challenges of life. Only those who inhabit in the Most High’s hiding place are protected from evil. No plague shall come against our house (Psalm 91:1.10). The only thing we can be certain of is that the Lord never commits a mistake. He is God and we are humans!
When you think you’re above every suffering, ask for divine help. Sometimes, although we act as gods when we receive the Word, in the end we’ll die like every other human (Psalm 82:6,7). There’s no way someone would achieve this position in life, because even the greatest servants of God faced the same battles (James 5:17). To God be the glory for all He does to us!
There are beautiful and wonderful promises in Scriptures that will help us live well. However, none of them say we will be free from problems forever. The great work of redemption in us, which will free us from all evil, will only happen after the second coming of Jesus, when we receive glorified bodies. We won’t ever stumble if we are in Christ and He is in us. Be vigilant and pray!
In heaven there will be no tears, afflictions and no work of the enemy. Now, go to where the Lord is sending you, because His grace is enough for you. But flee from temptation of considering yourself special, because this time hasn’t yet arrived. Watch out! The evil one is vile and has no character!
In Christ, with love,

Oh Father! We can’t be evil and not do what You teach us. The important thing is to remain in Your Word, because in it, we find light. The work of salvation will only be completed when Your Son returns. Today, Your grace is enough for us!
We know almost nothing of what awaits us in heaven, but Your promise says we will know You as we are known by You. You give us the joy and the certainty that we will live forever with You!
May we be in communion with You, so we won’t say anything outside of Scriptures. People expect more from us, so we can’t fall into the enemy’s traps. Thank You for living us and keeping us safe!
