In an indirect and very wise way, the Holy Spirit leads us to understand that the Most High answers those who seek Him to solve any problem because of the Name of Jesus. The Savior guaranteed to do whatever we determine: And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14.13). With this in mind, we will not miss any opportunity that will be given to us by the good Shepherd.
The prophet Isaiah warns us that the Lord is God and does not give His glory to anyone, even if that person has prayed for the blessing: I am the Lord, that is My name; and My glory I will not give to another, nor My praise to carved images (Isaiah 42.8). In fact, all answered prayers have their beginning and purpose in Him. Anyone who tries to take possession of divine glory will find that he has only turned away from the Redeemer’s love.
By using the Name of the Lord, we achieve the promised blessings. So, if we call upon Him in faith, we will never lose a single battle. A thousand years before Jesus was born, David used the Holy Name with faith and determination when facing Goliath: Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. (1 Samuel 17.45).
By following the Biblical guidance, we will never be defeated by any temptation sent by Hell. The Scriptures declare: And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. (Colossians 3.17). But if we leave this name aside, we will not have the confirmation of what we assume in the faith given to us by the Word. To use the Name of Jesus is to act as His proxy!
Don’t get carried away by the covetous demon of vainglory, acting as if you seek to be the author of some achievement, but be a servant who believes and rejoices in giving to the One who deserves due glory. Jesus said: “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing (John 15.5). When our intentions are pure and based on the Bible, we overcome any evil that comes against us.
Loving God’s mercy is a good deed. When He granted us salvation by making us His children, the Almighty graced us with the greatest gift of all. How can He not give us all things with it? (Romans 8.32). This is what the Holy Book says: After two days He will revive us; on the third day He will raise us up, that we may live in His sight (Hosea 6.2). These words were spoken 700 years before Christ did the work!
For the sake of Truth, the Lord hears us and answers us according to our faith. From the day we converted, we live before Him; therefore, there isn’t and there won’t be a single time when we will be unsuccessful in our requests. Right now, pray to the Almighty, taking possession of what is yours, and thank Him.
In Christ, with love,

God of true glory! We are enraptured by Your omniscience, the fact that You know all things, without needing to meditate or study. After all, everything is very clear before Your eyes. Father, we cannot live without You!
May we never seek our own glory and stop loving You for what You are and do for us. Who would we be if it were not for Your holy and mighty Name? Whenever we call upon You with power and glory, You deliver us or crown us with Your grace!
May all glory be given to Your majestic Name, and Your loving kindness and the virtue of the Name of Jesus be upon our lives! Thus, we will love You and carry out Your will. We will never lack respect and admiration for You. It’s beautiful to be part of Your family!
