O God, when You went out before Your people, When You marched through the wilderness, Selah. Psalm 68.7

When God went out to war before His people, the enemy trembled, for he knew he was no match for the holy people – the adversary would never forget that. Our struggles against the forces of darkness are far better than Israel’s in the past, for the devil has already been defeated by Jesus, stripped of the authority he had stolen from Adam and used against people. The enemy will never have the opportunity to enslave us again. Repent and live!

The Creator was with the Israelites in the desert, so they were able to spend 40 years in that inhospitable place. Certainly, the Lord will also walk beside you, even if you don’t realize it. However, some choose to stay away from Him. Why not submit to His Word? Exchange the desert for green pastures and still waters, which will give you rest (Psalm 23:2-3). God is good!

At the sight of such wonder – the Most High walking with His people – the earth was shaken. People all over the world felt earthquakes and tsunamis, but Israel enjoyed the pleasure of having Him next to them. The joy of the Lord will come upon you, too! Then you will succeed in your deeds. Out of the devil’s reach, there will be no objection to your success. Pray!

For every step of the Israelites, there was one from the Almighty; for every decision you make according to the Word, there is a decree issued in your favor. Thus, divine power comes into operation, to fulfill what has been determined about you. The Bible says:  Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded (James 4.8). Follow the instruction and realize how good it is. God is faithful! 

The Heavens wept before the great love that the Lord had for Israel. This is also true for us. The Bible says that you will never be abandoned: Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” (Hebrews 13.5). Don´t give in to greed, but be content with the Truth and be a good example for everyone!  

Sinai itself trembled before the divine presence; it could not bear the Splendor of the glory that shone through God’s face. The same glory will shine every time you take your place in Christ. Thus, there will be earthquakes wherever evil wants to attack you – for God will not let the work He wants to do in you go unnoticed. Nothing will go against your order, as you exercise your dominion in the Lord. Hallelujah!

There was the God of Israel at work, protecting His elect. He is the God and Father of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Therefore, we must not fear the onslaughts of the king of Hell, but simply put him to flee, resisting his attempts. The Most High is true and will never deny His fatherhood concerning you. Go till the end (Daniel 12:13).
