Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort,  2 Corinthians 1:3

Jesus came to bring us comfort in our position of fallen men, lifting us up from the dunghill and leading us to the arms of the Father. Therefore, no one should be let down by anything bad they have done in life, for the Lord is God of all comfort. When He comforts us, our dignity is given back to us. Therefore, we cannot fear entering into the presence of the holy God; however, we must do it in the Name of Jesus. 

The devil is the accuser of the children of the Most High, therefore, he will never stop lying about them. If you repent of any transgression you have committed, it no longer exists in the presence of God. However, the enemy will do all he can for you to believe that your situation is different, and because of that you can no longer enjoy fellowship with the Lord. Don’t believe in anything the devil says or that anybody else says, for the Word of God is the truth. 

As the Father of mercies, the eternal God will never fail to meet this grace that involves us and makes us feel loved, although we don’t deserve such goodness. The reason why we are not consumed is because of the Lord´s mercies, and since they are renewed every morning, even if you have wasted all the divine “stock” from yesterday, today, all of them were renewed. Confess your errors, ask for forgiveness and believe. 

When he comforts us, the Most High does not take away from us the anointment sent to redeem us, but He leaves it on us so that we comfort those that are going though some trial. This means that, after we have gone through some difficulty, we become doctors in adverse situations, and thus, we can assist any person. God is beautiful, fantastic and wonderful, isn’t that true?

The temptations are many and they hurt us constantly with their offers, but comfort and consolation are also abundant and cleanse us for a new walk with Christ. If you have repented, why believe in what temptations have caused you? Now, stand firm in the comfort that was given you, rise up and go back to doing according to the divine will; don’t give in to deceit. 

The promise of the Lord is destined to all those that because of the afflictions, sinned and were separated from Him. They can take part in our consolations. Solidarity in suffering means solidarity in consolation and comfort. The truth is that God comforts us in all our tribulations, and because of that, we must not become sad, lamenting what took place. Those who truly confess and give up sin surely attains mercy. 

Your decision of not sinning anymore blessed the Lord. He took your place and suffered your transgressions, so that, now, you were completely free. Therefore, don’t go back to iniquity, but truly consecrate yourself to God. Although your sin was scarlet red, it will become white as snow.
