Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable. Psalm 145:3

Someone said, “God is the size that you make Him be.” But do not try to lessen Him, because, being the true and Almighty God, He can bring into existence the things which do not exist (Romans 4:17). Look to the Lord with faith, trusting that everything which is said about Him is the absolute truth. Then, when you pray, you will see Him working in your favor.

David said that the Most High is immeasurable. With that understanding, you won´t allow doubt to settle in your spirit and prevent you from being blessed. The Lord is what He says he is, does what He promises and keeps His promises. Poor those who puts their trust in idols, gods of clay, wood or metal. They are simply gross mistake. God created Heaven and Earth and everything in them.

When facing Goliath, although he was very young, David knew that God would give him victory. When the giant cursed him in the name of his gods, David smiled happily. Since the big Philistine did not know the Word, the Lord would go into the battle for Israel. Now Abraham was promised that God would curse those who cursed him (Genesis 12: 3). So, as a descendant of the patriarch, that promise belonged to David.

If you understand that some biblical revelation concerns you, go into battle praising the Almighty, because it is impossible for Him to lie (Hebrews 6:18). Also, do not pay attention the threat from the enemy, who is a liar and the father of lies. Those who are of God should never measure the enemy by what he speaks, flaunts or threatens, but by what the Bible says about him. Jesus defeated him, destroying his works (1 John 3.8; Colossians 2.15).

Why is the great God so worthy of praise? Because he went to Hell alone and stripped principalities and powers of the authority they had stolen from man, when Adam and Eve sinned. Now, the devil doesn’t even have the keys to his own house, because Christ defeated him. When leaving the tomb, Jesus said: I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore.  Amen! And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.  (Revelations 1:18). The nightmare is over, for the work was fulfilled by the Savior, who is worthy of all praise.

The greatness of our Lord is unfathomable – no one can understand it. If it were possible to bring together all the brains of the greatest sages on Earth – both those who lived in the past and those of today – it would be impossible to understand the magnitude of our heavenly Father. He’s the greatest!

What kind of God is yours? Mine is the Creator of Heaven and Earth, a strong God and a Friend of those who seek Him. There are no unsolved problems for Him. Upon Jesus’ return, a small demonstration of His strength will astonish the world. Our God is not fabricated, but the one and only true Lord.
