Here is one of the lessons to be learned from this verse: we must put out the fire sent by hell. Even though the olive tree is green, if we let the fire of passion arise in us, it will burn our moral, our fear of God, and lead us to live as if we were the lost ones. Judah, the nation of Jacob’s children, was like the good olive tree. However, as its people gave themselves over to the fire of the flesh, seeking help from demons, they were led into captivity!
Daniel felt that he had to confess the errors of his people while they were living in exile in Babylon (Daniel 9:3-19). This situation turned out to be a good thing for them, because if divine justice had been executed on those who did what the devil wanted, what happened to the Northern kingdom would have happened, which was destroyed by Assyria, and the people would have been scattered all over the known world at that time. It is no wonder that many Christians live suffering, because they do not correspond to the benefit that was done to them. Examine yourself!
As the end of times approaches, the scenario tends to change for the worse. Jesus said about this: I tell you, that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth? (Luke 18.8). What are we waiting for? Let us do as the widow did, seeking the unrighteous judge, asking for justice for her cause (Luke 18.1-7). The cause of the saved is also just; after all, Christ paid the price of our redemption. It’s time to pray to God!
There are beautiful statements of the Lord about His Church, purchased by the blood of Jesus. Therefore, we must plead for divine help. This is a time of great concern. We see and hear of brothers and sisters in Christ living just like the lost. This will bring the action of God’s justice. We have a unique work to do throughout the world: to bear witness to the Truth in holiness and in the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
Among those who claim to be redeemed, there are some who qualify as the remnant that will be saved. Those who are lost because they prefer the works of the flesh cannot defile those who are washed, sanctified and justified in the Name of Jesus and by the Spirit of God (Revelation 7.13-17). Children must never pay for the mistakes of their parents. So, watching and praying is the best we can give to all. May the Lord raise up holy and mighty servants to help us in the precious work!
The great turmoil is being formed, and with it, millions of people are plunged into the night that is falling on the world, and when that happens nothing else will be able to be done: I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming, when no one can work (John 9.4). How can they announce prostitution – in addition to other things – from the pulpit, when the Word warns us that the voice of a great turmoil will light a fire around it?
No amount of prayer will prevent the Olive Tree from having its branches broken off. But while the night is not coming, let us dedicate ourselves to doing the work as if it depended only on us. What we will see will be sad! God must do justice to those who love Him. Let us cry out!
In Christ, with love,

God of the right answer! The green Olive Tree, called beautiful because of its delicious fruits, is sick, because its members only take care of themselves. Father, help us to snatch from the fire most of those who can be recovered. Bless Your holy Olive Tree!
It is inevitable: the voice of the great turmoil will come, which will cause the fire to rage around the Olive Tree, but while this does not happen, may Your flock accomplish the work as You desire and command. May Your people be so strengthened as to act according to Your Son!
Before the branches are broken off, Your people will show who You are. Then You will rejoice in them. In the end, Your final purpose will be accomplished: to save those who believe in Christ. We thank You for coordinating all things for the good of those who love You!
