I have confidence in you, in the Lord, that you will have no other mind; but he who troubles you shall bear his judgment, whoever he is.
Galatians 5:10
The work that Jesus did on the Calvary completely freed us from sin. Now, it is up to each one of us to remain in this position. The devil will surely tempt you; he will do everything to hold you back in his bondage. However, if you do believe and assert your rights in Christ, the evil one will no longer oppress or subdue you.
Some actions may seem unimportant, such as circumcision. However, those who do any of them will not be able to be used by Christ anymore. The same applies to anyone who recites prayers and performs other empty religious rituals. It is very stupid to abandon the Truth and fall for such pointless practices because behind them is the hand of the enemy, constantly trying to make you depart from the Father.
He who turns away from the light falls automatically into darkness. If you stop believing in God’s grace, which operates through faith, you will find tough times ahead. Despising the Word is more serious than one might think. So why would you trade the divine work for nothing? Only active faith through love works and has value. God loves those who know His commandments and keep them (John 14:21).
Beware of religious appeals. In themselves, they are devoid of value and hinder anyone who believes in them. Do not trade for anything that which you understand when you read the Bible or hear the Word when it is preached. When you heard the divine voice, you began a race that should not be stopped for any reason. That is how it is possible to please God: by obeying the truth.
Avoid any obstacles between you and the fulfillment of the Word. Do not give space in your life for anything that does not come from the Lord. The religious appeal has no divine origin, and therefore, even if it is a detail, it must be rejected. What is not started in God has not come about by chance, but is part of a dangerous devilish plan to rob you of your eternal salvation.
Pay attention to what Paul said. The Holy Spirit used him when the apostle said he was confident that people would have no other mind. Only the records of the Scriptures should be accepted, so do not give the slightest consideration to new ways of praying, worshiping or believing that someone might present to you and pay no mind to any new tricky doctrine because these things are all garbage of the worst kind.
In Christ with love
