“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. Deuteronomy 28:1

It is easy to be exalted by the Lord.  It is sufficient to follow two important directions: to listen to the voice of God and to guard and keep His commandments. As you fulfill this powerful and simple formula you become an example for other people.  For God nothing is complicated or difficult to be done.  However, it is necessary to pay attention to what He says for us to obtain success.  The Almighty is faithful in all His promises!

The walk with Jesus is conducted by being faithful to the Scriptures.  The only way to please Him is to surrender to His commands.  This way, from one moment to the other you will be successful.  However, those who do not know or understand biblical precepts, even though spending hours in prayers, will see that this negligence prevented the divine power from operating in their favor.  Remember: Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap (Galatians 6:7).

Our main search must be to learn and know the will of the Father.  Without this discernment and understanding, even if we plea correctly, we will never please the Lord.  The powers of Hell are determined and striving to take us from the presence of God to make us think of absurdities and to practice them, like those that live away from the presence of the Almighty.

The attention given to the declarations of the Lord show what type of life style is led. Samson was born to free his people from the hands of the Philistines.  Nevertheless, as he was inclined to matters of the flesh, he couldn’t do much, because his attitude with women limited his actions.  This occurs with many who are saved: instead of being fully converted, they use some of the time to do what the Word prohibits.  This way they offend the Heavenly Father.  Mercy!

King Saul proceeded in the same way when he received specific orders to destroy Agag, the Amalakite king, and all his people (1 Samuel 15:l-28). When he saw the value of the cows of the enemy, Saul and the Israelites decided to strike a deal with the King and forgave him, to keep the cows.  Saul lost his throne because of this disobedience. Win your kingdom, by keeping the Word.

This is the question: who will be exalted in your life: you or your enemy? Those who are obedient to the Word will succeed, but the rebel will not go far.  It is good to read and examine what is written in order that you become victorious.  Even the Son of God did strictly only what the Father said.  Amen?

With the prescription in hand, King David proceeded with prudence wherever he went.  Therefore, pursue the target that was given to you.  The Almighty is who exalts or cuts down.  He is holy and faithful!

In Christ, with love,

Lord! We want to act according to Your teachings, so we ask You for understanding so that we obey You.  Your Word is light to our path and a lamp for our feet.  To You be the glory!

We must hear Your voice with an open heart ready to do Your teachings.  This way we will fulfill Your will in detail and we will see how You are faithful in exalting us over those who do not seek You as they should.

We were called to walk before You in a faultless way, obeying Your orders.  So, we must believe in You and do what we must to be blessed.  Amen!
