The LORD has revealed our righteousness. Come and let us declare in Zion the work of the LORD our God.

Jeremiah 51:10

The Lord God Himself conducted His plan of redemption for mankind. To do this, He could have used His power but He made a point of revealing our righteousness. The price paid was high but He did it with happiness. Today, when the Almighty looks at any of His children by adoption His heart rejoices – and the joy of the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8.10b). Therefore, we should not fear any onslaught of the evil one because we shall overcome; after all, it is impossible for the enemy to be in a tug of war with those who belong to God (Romans 8:31).

In order to reveal our righteousness, the heavenly Father sent His only Son to die in our place (John 3:16). The devil, upon seeing Him on the cross, lifeless, thought that from that moment on he would have Jesus in his hands but he was wrong. On the third day, the blessed Savior rose from the grave, victorious and resurrected, holding the keys of death and hell (Revelation 1:18).

Our suffering at the hands of the devil is over. Christ judged the prince of this world – that robbed Adam of his authority by means of lies – and, after presenting Himself alive for 40 days, He was raised to Heaven to sit on the right of the Father. Before leaving, however, he urged His disciples to go throughout the world preaching this message to every creature (Mark 16:15). The Master left nothing to be done. In fact, the work was complete; we are free from the evil forces forever.

All those who have accepted Jesus as Savior and Lord should rejoice because our righteousness was revealed. This is a fait accompli! Now, besides having the divine justice on our side we were made in the very righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, so if Satan has disturbed you, get up now with faith and demand that the enemy and all that pertains to him to immediately leave your life.

Our mission today is not to found a religion or strive for them to be stronger and become a huge organization, but rather to tell people what was done for them at the Calvary. There are many religious rules, which take mankind to nowhere. In fact, what the world needs is to learn this Truth: our justice has already come to light. Try doing it with your friends, and you will see how grateful they will be, both here in this life and in eternity.
