Uzziah understood his position and placed himself in it, not by shouting, but by the serenity his position required. The warlike army of Judah had 307,500 men, and they were all submissive to God. Now, where there is confusion, we see defeat. In the church, for example, respect for the Lord is revealed by what is given to the pastor (Hebrews 13.17). When there is division, derogatory and negative comments, the work suffers.
Everyone needs to listen to the person lifted up by the Most High, but if such person is leaning towards the bad side, a prayer to the Lord settles the matter. One should not play politics or indulge in any kind of insurrection, but rather let the Father, the mighty Gardener, take care of His little plant. The Holy Spirit sighs saying: Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! (Psalms 133.1). Let us do the good and pleasant work!
The unity around the fear of God of the whole army of Judah made the adversary and the others, who would later declare themselves as such, tremble at the possibility of being defeated. Likewise, if the Church unites in the Name of the Lord and goes out to the distant places with the purpose of evangelizing – saving the lost, healing the sick and setting the oppressed free – success will be inevitable (Luke 10.19). God is perfect!
The united army extremely belligerent, to the point that the enemy sensed danger surrounding him and surrendered, proposing an agreement. In the case of the Church, no deal can ever be made with the evil one, who is irreconcilable. The order is: set the captives free, without making a pact with the devil. We must be faithful to the Lord and never offer or receive any kind of bribe to save the kingdom of darkness.
The strength of the army of Heaven is aggressive towards the enemy, but when it comes to the divine work and communion with the Lord – it is like a dove, submissive to Him. We must always go forward, freeing the oppressed so that the world may know the Father, the Creator and Finisher of all. The Church must follow its mission; after all, the Kingdom we seek is heavenly!
Our way of waging war is impetuous and also polite, because we do not serve any nation, man or ourselves, but the righteous Lord. Never let provocations enter your heart; otherwise, you will end up falling into what the Word forbids: And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient (2 Timothy 2.24). Withstand it!
We have been called by our King against the enemies of faith, holiness and respect for Him. We cannot turn away from the plan from on High. If we do so, we will head towards the devil’s plan. Pray and be successful in all your deeds.
In Christ, with love,

God, our Help against the enemies! When we go to spiritual warfare, under Your command, we obtain the much-desired victory. Now we come to You, in order to command the evil force, "Go away in the Name of Jesus!"
The authority granted to us is greater than our need, just as Uzziah's ability was greater than that of his opponents. He did his work with complete freedom, certain that You would not fail to honor his faith. We act in the same way!
Our strength is aggressive against hell! You are with us in this fight, and we will come out victorious! Your power has come to give us healing, peace and salvation. So, we decree complete deliverance of all who are oppressed!
